A tonneau for use with a pick-up truck bed includes a frame for attachment over the truck bed and a cover configured on top of the frame to protect the contents of the bed. The tonneau further includes a slidable cargo basket configured at the rear of the pick-up truck bed for enabling easy cargo access. The cargo management basket includes a plurality of slidable panels that are foldable allowing users to easily access the truck bed.

The present application relates to an automotive tray canopy for fitting to a tray of a vehicle. The canopy includes a roof and four walls depending from the roof. A floor extends between the walls. The canopy is portable and may form a completely sealed internal storage space for storing items out of the elements.

A vehicle rail system has a frame mountable to a vehicle, the frame having a plurality of support legs, the support legs interconnected via support beams. One or more fixed rails are mountable to the support frame, each fixed rail comprising a plurality of bearings thereon and configured to receive a sliding rail, the sliding rail having a plurality of grooves for receiving the bearings of the fixed rail so as to be slidable thereon. The bearings are located along regular intervals of the fixed rails on each non-mounted side. The sliding rail is then able to slide along the bearings of the fixed rail, extending to the exterior of the frame mounted in the vehicle.

A sports bar in a truck is provided. The sports bar may comprise a base including a first member and a second member coupled to the first member via a pivot bracket, and a hoop pivotally connected to the pivot bracket to be rotatable between an open position and a closed position. A top of the hoop is adjacent to a cabin of the truck at the closed position and the top of the hoop is at a rear of a truck bed at the open position.

Improvements to U.S. Pat. No. 9,346,389, Cargo Handling System, are desirable in order to tilt either the lower or upper extendable assembly independently or together to facilitate proper cleaning and to increase options for tilting, hauling, loading, and unloading purposes. The Extendable Tilt Assembly System is created by adding a tailgate guide assembly and modifying the guide assembly, the lower extendable assembly and the upper extendable assembly of U.S. Pat. No. 9,346,389.

The present invention provides a control module (10) for controlling powered operation of a platform (2) for a vehicle compartment (101) that is movable between a first position in which the platform engages a moveable structure (102) of the vehicle (100) and a second position; wherein the control module (10) is configured to control movement of the platform (2) from the second position to the first position by first controlling a powered actuation means (5) to move the platform (2) from the second position through the first position and into a third position, and then controlling the powered actuation means (5) to move the platform (2) from the third position into contact with the moveable structure (102) to thereby bring the platform (2) into the first position.

A vehicle includes a body defining an interior cabin having at least one seat and a tailgate rearward of the at least one seat at a rear end of the cabin interior, a shelf configured to extend between lateral sides of the cabin interior in a region between the at least one seat and the liftgate. The shelf is configured to be arranged in one of a first shelf position, a second shelf position and a seat backrest position, and a heating device operable to heat the shelf. The vehicle also includes an orientation sensor to sense orientation of the shelf in one of the first position, second position and backrest position, and a controller controlling temperature of the heating element based on the sensed orientation of the shelf.

A foldable table structure is structured to be mountable on a vehicle. The table structure includes a first panel structured to form a first portion of a table top when the table structure is in a deployed condition, a second panel structured to form a second portion of a table top when the table structure is in a deployed condition, and at least one first support. Each of the at least one first support, the first panel, and the second panel are rotatably connected to at least one other of the at least one first support, the first panel, and the second panel, such that the first panel is rotatable to reside along a first side of the at least one first support, and such that the second panel is rotatable to reside along a second side of the at least one first support opposite the first side.

A representative spacecraft system includes a launch vehicle elongated along a launch vehicle axis and having at least one stage carrying a corresponding rocket engine. The representative system further includes an annular support structure carried by the at least one stage and positioned to support a cargo spacecraft having a service module and a cargo module. A cargo box adapted for receipt inside a side panel of a pickup truck and the cargo box adapted for receipt inside a cargo box container received over a wheel well in a back of the pickup truck. The subject cargo box includes a horizontal tool shelf attached to a vertical back plate. A pair of spaced apart vertical slides are attached to the back plate and are received through slide openings in a slide frame. The slide frame is mounted on a pair of slide frame legs. The slide frame legs rest on top of a pickup bed floor. A Fob operated telescoping actuator is attached to a side of the back plate for raising the cargo box above the top of the side panel and lowering the cargo box inside the side panel.
