VEHICLE SEAT BACKREST AND ASSOCIATED MANUFACTURING METHOD
A vehicle seat backrest having a body, a cover layer designed to be placed at the back of the body and covering at least a portion of the body, a storage apparatus defining a storage volume over a portion of the cover layer, and a fixation device for attaching the storage apparatus onto the cover layer. The fixation device includes at least one fixation support and at least one pin. The cover layer is overmolded onto the at least one fixation support. The at least one pin mates with the at least one fixation support and the storage apparatus so as to attach the storage apparatus to the cover layer.

Pet carrier mountable on a bicycle's handlebar or a car's seat
Presented is a pet carrier for retaining small pets. The pet carrier essentially includes a carrier body and a carrier support arrangement for mounting the carrier body on the bicycle's handlebars or the car's seat. The carrier body includes a front door section, a head section, and a base section. The carrier body also includes a built-in handle at the head section enabling a user to carry the pet carrier from one location to another. The front door section is selectively openable and includes a self-locking latch mechanism that self-locks, when a user places the pet inside the pet carrier and closes the front door section. Further, the base section of the pet carrier includes a mounting/dismounting mechanism that allows the carrier body to click or attach onto the carrier support arrangement designed to removably mount the carrier body on to a bicycle's handlebar or a car's seat.
Seat usage prevention device
A seat usage prevention device is disclosed. The seat usage prevention deice includes at least one device component being configured to interact with one or more seat components of a first seat. The device component is configured to prevent usage of at least one of a seat pan or seatback of the first seat. The device component further separates a second seat from at least a third seat, wherein the third seat is proximate to at least one of the first seat or the second seat. The seat usage prevention device may include a device component that further includes a cushion, a base, an amenity console, or a vertical separator, or combination thereof.

A vehicle seat includes a seat back, a seat base, and a cargo assist system including a cargo net configured to move between a deployed configuration in which the cargo net engages with the seat back and a retracted configuration which the cargo net is stored on a roller supported by the seat base.
STRUCTURAL BASE AND SECUREMENT MECHANISM FOR AN INTERIOR DELIVERY CONTAINER IN A VEHICLE
There is disclosed herein examples of a securement structure for a delivery container in a vehicle, the securement structure comprising a frame removably attached to a chassis of the vehicle, and the frame supports the delivery container securely when the vehicle is in motion. In some embodiments, the frame comprises tubes in a shape that conforms to a space corresponding to a rear-seat of the vehicle, the frame comprising a front frame, a base frame, and a back frame.
VEHICLE HEADREST SAFE
An automobile headrest safe includes an exterior and a container positioned within the interior of the exterior housing. The container is removable from the exterior housing so that the container may be completely removed from the exterior housing and transported separately from the exterior housing. The container includes a body portion having an open end and a pivotal, reciprocating side door. The container may include a carrying handle. The pivotal side door is coupled to a lock. The headrest safe may be coupled to the automobile seat through a mounting system having a mounting plate coupled to the exterior housing and mounting posts extending from the mounting plate.
OPEN INTERIOR DELIVERY CONTAINER
A delivery container is designed to fit into the rear passenger compartment of a vehicle, such as an autonomous vehicle (AV) that makes deliveries without a human driver. The delivery container includes a base, two sides, and a top. The sides are angled and the top is smaller than the base, which creates a large opening that is easy for a user to access and can adequately store large or bulky goods. The delivery container may be accessed from either side of the vehicle, and may include a drawer for moving items from one side of the vehicle to the other, so that items may be easily accessed from either side.
SEAT-INTEGRATED ACCESS SYSTEM FOR STORAGE IN A VEHICLE
A vehicle includes an occupant compartment, a storage compartment, one or more frame elements, a seat assembly, and a door. The frame element forms at least a part of the storage compartment, which is arranged adjacent to an occupant compartment. The frame element includes an opening between the storage compartment and the occupant compartment. The seat assembly is arranged in the occupant compartment, and optionally includes a console. A threshold element is optionally included to provide an interface to the occupant compartment. The door is configured to block and unblock the opening such that an occupant can access the storage compartment from the occupant compartment. The door is configured to rotate, slide, fold, or otherwise be reconfigured, under manual or automatic operation, to unblock the opening. The door is not part of the seat assembly, and interfaces to the frame element or a threshold element affixed to the frame.
