The visor body has an opening that is formed in a first component of the visor body, and a pair of rails that extend from both ends of the opening on the backside of the first component. The card holder has, integrally, an annular bezel along the opening, and a holder body extending from one side of the bezel over the other side thereof. The holder body has both edges that are held on the rails, and a projection piece that is located on a side opposite to the bezel and is held on the visor body.
