Kayak roof rack
A loading and transportation roof rack for the roof of a vehicle. It pivots off of its mounting plate on the vehicle's roof to a position parallel and beside the vehicle so the kayak can be loaded on and lashed down to its C shaped cradle. Thereafter, the roof rack may be tilted vertically onto the vehicle's roof and locked into place. There is a brace that is used to lock the cradle assembly in either the vertical or horizontal positions.
COLLAPSIBLE SIDE PANEL STRUCTURE OF A ROOF PANEL
The present invention discloses a collapsible side panel structure of a roof panel, set upon the outermost rod of the roof panel and includes at least one first base unit; at least one second base unit; a fastener; and a side panel. With the implementation of the present invention, the side panel can be raised and fixed securely to contain and protect small objects or luggage, or the side panel can be set flat on the roof panel and fixed securely to contain larger or wider objects. Together with the invention of the axis deviation between the rotation axis of the side panel and the axis of the first and second through holes, the side panel can be really set flat on or set vertically standing on the roof panel.

CROSSBAR AND COUPLING MEMBER FOR A CROSSBAR
Disclosed is a coupling member fixable to an end portion of a crossbar member. The coupling member includes at least two elongate coupling segments configured to be at least partially inserted in longitudinally extending interior spaces of the crossbar member wherein the interior spaces are separated by a common interior wall. Two adjacent coupling segments of the at least two elongate coupling segments are fixedly coupled to each other by means of a coupling portion. The coupling portion is configured to hold the elongate coupling segments at a predetermined distance with respect to each other to define a receiving space between the adjacent elongate coupling segments. The receiving space is configured for receiving a portion of the interior wall of the crossbar member.
