TAILGATE-MOUNTED COLLAPSIBLE STORAGE SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a collapsible storage system that may be mounted in a fixed position and attached to the vehicle using its tailgate without the use of any tools. The collapsible storage system may be used to securely store items in the bed of a pickup truck while in use and may be collapsed into a configuration that reduces the amount of space in the truck bed that the storage box occupies while it is not in use. The collapsible storage system may be mounted a diverse array of different trucks and other vehicles having tailgates and may be installed and uninstalled without the use of tools.
Curved load support for use on a vehicle
A portable container assembly that can include a wheeled hand cart for transporting articles mounted on a platform or basket can be mounted in an elevated, horizontal position on the rear of a vehicle. The hand cart includes a downwardly facing channel that can be aligned with and inserted over a support bar extending from the rear of a hitch receiver on a vehicle. Upright handles on the hand cart supply sufficient mechanical advantage to allow the user to first tilt the and cart, and when the channel is aligned with the support bar, the hand cart can be rotated so that it is lifted into position and supported by the support bar on a vehicle. The support bar is attachable to and detachable from a conventional hitch receiver. A cooler can also be mounted directly to and supported only by the hitch extension.
Slideout truck box cover and shelving assembly
A slideout truck bed cover and shelving assembly for storing and easily accessing items kept in a truck bed. The slideout truck bed cover and shelving assembly includes a cover assembly including a cover member adapted to slide upon and extend from a truck bed; a shelving assembly depending from the cover member; and a storage assembly adapted to be disposed in the truck bed for holding and storing items with the cover member removably disposed over the storage assembly.
Automotive storage container
A plurality of example automotive storage containers are disclosed. A first example automotive storage container includes at least a movable front panel and a movable top panel, each of the front panel and the top panel connected with and independently movable with respect to the automotive storage container. Each of the front panel and top panel can move into an open and close position independent of the rest of the automotive storage container. A second example automotive storage container includes at least a movable front panel and a movable top panel, the front panel movably connected to a base of the automotive storage container, wherein when the front panel is positioned in an open position, an interior of the automotive storage container is exposed, and wherein the front panel is movable in the open position to slide into a second position under the base of the automotive storage container.
Bicycle carrier apparatus for vehicle
A bicycle carrier apparatus for a vehicle may include a slide carrier configured to slidably move in forward and backward directions on a bumper back beam to be drawn out or accommodated, an extended support installed on the slide carrier to be extended and spread in both side directions and formed to carry a bicycle thereon, and an expandable box seated on the extended support and carried on the slide carrier, to have an accommodation space formed therein, and to be expanded or contracted in a spreading direction of the extended support when the extended support is extended and spread.
Mini-Camper Attachable to Vehicle Hitch Receiver
A camper that is hauled by a vehicle. The camper is collapsible into a compact easy traveling position that is connected to a hitch receiver on the vehicle. The camper in the collapsed travel position fastened to a vehicle hitch does not have any wheels making contact with the roadway or ground. The camper in its collapsed position has an equal or higher ground clearance as the ground clearance of the vehicle it is attached to so as not to encumber off-road or roadway travel. The camper is not mounted on a trailer and does not require a trailer.
Liftgate cargo module
A liftgate cargo module having an integrated tailgate that unfolds from a hatch or liftgate of a vehicle that adds additional storage and provides a cargo load floor. When unfolded, there is an integrated pass through door formed in the hatch or liftgate permitting longer items to be hauled, while keeping the hatch or liftgate completely closed. The integrated tailgate includes an integrated tailgate taillight that indicates when the vehicle is braking or backing up. The integrated tailgate taillight also helps to show that the integrated tailgate is folded down from and extending from the hatch or liftgate of the vehicle. The integrated tailgate also includes integrated anchor points formed on the cargo load floor so items may be tied down and secured. An all-weather enclosure that is connectable to the cargo load floor for enclosing contents that are being hauled on the integrated tailgate may also be provided.
Modular tailgate
A modular gate combined with multiple functions which can be easily employed with existing tailgates without any hardware or mounting modifications to existing truck beds. There is provided a modular tailgate system having a tailgate portion in combination with a plurality of functions. The modular tailgate system integrates any combinations of at least two of the plurality of features without affecting existing body sides and/or existing truck beds. Integrated features include a multi-functional gate (e.g., swing, drop, etc), storage (e.g., normal, sealed, refrigerated, heated, etc), step(s), lighting (e.g., ingress/egress, bed interior, removable, trailer hitch, parking, etc), bed extension(s), power (e.g., 12 v and/or 110 v), tie downs (e.g., ratchets, anchors, etc), sawhorse, magnet(s), table(s), bench(es), seat(s), net(s), any other predetermined desired function, etc., and combinations thereof.
Cargo bed for utility vehicle

The side walls each include a front pillar extending vertically at a front end, a rear pillar extending vertically at a rear end, a side panel extending between the front pillar and the rear pillar in an anteroposterior direction and having a rib extending in the anteroposterior direction, and a bed rail positioned above the side panel with a space being provided therebetween, and extending between the front pillar and the rear pillar in the anteroposterior direction.
CABLE AND LOCK FOR SECURING CARGO IN VEHICLES WITH A LOCKING TOOLBOX
The vehicle for use with the present system is a pickup truck or other work truck with an open cargo space. Locking toolbox(es) may be mounted anywhere within the bed, but customarily down the bed rails or across the width of the bed. The toolbox(es) have locking latches when the toolbox is closed. When the lid of the toolbox is closed, then the lid of the toolbox can be locked in this position securing its contents inside. A fixed or retractable cable strap, chain, rope, or similar line is adapted to be locked together with the locking of the lid of the mounted toolbox.
