ROOF-MOUNT ANTENNA MOUNTING STRUCTURE
A roof-mount antenna mounting structure, that can be reliably electrically connected and fixed to a vehicle roof and easily removed, includes an antenna base, first and second threaded portions, a leg washer, a leg-receiving portion, and a protruding portion. The leg washer has a washer ring having a hole through which the first threaded portion penetrates and a plurality of leg portions extending from the washer ring and each having a claw that can abut against the roof. The leg-receiving portion is detachably provided around the first threaded portion and has an abutment edge portion. The protruding portion has, at the inside of the leg portions, an inclined surface obliquely abutting against the abutment edge portion when the first and second threaded portions are fastened with each other to apply a pressing force to spread the leg portions outward with respect to the axis of the first threaded portion.
SENSOR BRACKET
A sensor bracket includes a bracket on which a camera (a sensor) that detects a state around a vehicle is mounted, a flat spring that abuts against the camera in a direction that maintains a mounted state of the camera when the camera is mounted on the bracket, and a stopper restricting, in between a space where a tool is positioned and an inner surface of a piece of glass, a displacement range of the tool from the space to the inner surface of the piece of glass when the flat spring is dismounted from a projection for the spring of the bracket with the tool.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR VIEWING IN BLIND SPOTS
There is disclosed a viewing system coupled to a motor vehicle having a frame having a roof, at least one support, and a body with the at least one support supporting the roof over the body. The system can comprise at least one camera, at least one screen coupled to the support. In addition each camera is coupled to the at least one support and wherein said at least one screen is in communication with the first set of cameras, wherein said at least one screen displays images presented by the first set of cameras. This device can provide additional view in the blind spot of the vehicle.
Reversible configuration of content presentation direction in transparent displays
Display technologies are provided for configuring the direction of content presentation using a single display assembly. In some embodiments, the display assembly includes a transparent display unit intercalated between a first switchable layer and a second switchable layer. Each one of the first switchable layer and the second switchable layer is formed to reversibly transition between a transparent state and an opaque state in response to an applied electric field. The transparent display unit, the first switchable layer, and the second switchable layer can be operated individually to configure a particular direction of presenting digital content. In other embodiments, the display assembly includes a switchable layer intercalated between a first transparent display unit and a second transparent display unit. The switchable layer, the first transparent display unit, and the second transparent display unit can be operated individually to configure a particular direction of presenting digital content.
VEHICLE CAMERA UNIT
A vehicle camera unit includes: a back camera mounted to a rear part of a vehicle, to take an image rearward; a garnish member provided rearward of the back camera; and a body-side member provided upward of the garnish member. The back camera has a rearward-directed lens. The garnish member includes a transmitting portion which is a half mirror and covering the lens at least from a rear side, and a design portion provided upward of the transmitting portion and covering a lower part of the back camera from a rear upper side. The design portion is a half mirror or has a smaller visible light transmittance than the transmitting portion. The body-side member has, at a lower end, a recessed attachment portion having a groove shape that opens rearward. The design portion has, at an upper end, a projecting attachment portion entering into the recessed attachment portion.
SOUND CONTROL SYSTEM, VEHICLE INCLUDING THE SAME, AND SOUND CONTROL METHOD
A sound control system comprises a sound generating device disposed at a vehicle ceiling corresponding to a seat region of the vehicle and disposed at a sound space formed within the vehicle to correspond to the seat region, and a sound processing circuit for providing a vibration driving signal to the sound generating device, the sound generating device vibrates based on the vibration driving signal to vibrate a vibration region of the vehicle ceiling corresponding to the sound space to provide a sound to the sound space.
Fixing Assembly
A fixing assembly has a support element adapted to be fixed to a component of a vehicle, and a frame adapted to support an accessory in a fixed relative position and connected to the support element in a fixed position; the support element has two openings which are engaged by respective protruding pins of the frame so as to allow a rotation of the frame towards the support element during a mounting step in which the protruding pins are inserted in the openings; a snap fitting prevents the displacement of the frame at the end of the aforementioned rotation, and then blocking devices, of the screw type, secure the frame in a stable position; the snap fitting has an elastically deformable element which is snap-fitted to a retention shoulder and forms part of a portion made of polymeric or elastomeric material of one between the support element and the frame.
Detection apparatus
A detection apparatus includes a detection unit configured to detect a peripheral environment of a vehicle and a bracket configured to attach the detection unit to a vehicle body. The detection unit includes a front surface portion, a back surface portion, and side surface portions. The bracket includes a bottom wall portion and a first guiding portion configured to guide the attachment of the detection unit to the bracket. When the detection unit is attached to the bracket by diagonally inserting one end of the detection unit towards the bottom wall portion and pivoting the detection unit about a side of the one end as a rotation center, the first guiding portion restricts a position of the one end.
INTERIOR STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE DOOR
An interior structure of a vehicle door includes a door interior panel 11 and a bezel garnish 16. The door interior panel 11 is attached to a compartment inner side of a door inner panel. The bezel garnish 16 is attached to a periphery of an opening formed in the door interior panel 11. In the bezel garnish 16, a locking part to which a speaker grill 17 of a door speaker and a cover-shaped auxiliary interior panel are selectively attachable is provided.
VEHICLE RESIN MEMBER, VEHICLE WINDOW MEMBER, AND VEHICLE
To suppress reduction in detection accuracy of a sensor. A vehicle resin member (20) includes: a resin member (30) having an opening (32) that passes from a first surface (30A) on the outside of a vehicle to a second surface (30B) on the inside of the vehicle; a transmission member (42) exposed on the first surface (30A) through the opening (32); and a sensor (44) provided in a first direction from the first surface (30A) toward the second surface (30B) with respect to the transmission member (42).
