The display device of the present invention is used for being fixed in a carriage, the display device includes a folded portion and a plurality of unfolded portions located on both sides of the folded portion, two adjacent unfolded portions are rotatably connected by a rotating component, and the rotating component is disposed corresponding to the folded portion. One unfolded portion is used for being fixed on the carriage, and the others fold or unfold the display device by the rotating component.
SOLAR POWERED VEHICLE MOUNTED DISPLAY
Systems and methods for providing solar-generated power to a display unit mounted to a vehicle are provided. One or more mounting supports connect a housing for an electronic display to the vehicle. A solar energy harvesting device is secured to an upper portion of the vehicle and is electrically connected to the electronic display.
ENHANCED AMUSEMENT VEHICLES AND A METHOD FOR SIMULATING POWER-UPS IN-GAME VIRTUAL VEHICLE ENHANCEMENTS AND VIRTUAL WEAPONRY FOR IMPROVED RACE EXPERIENCE
An amusement vehicle, retrofittable hardware gamification attachment, and method for simulating power-ups in-game virtual vehicle enhancements and virtual weaponry for improved racing experience are disclosed. Amusement vehicle comprises sensor-specific transmitters/receivers for communicating with other amusement vehicles moving in amusement environment. Amusement vehicle comprises a processor simulating power-ups in-game virtual vehicle enhancements and virtual weaponry based on sensor-specific signals transmitted to or received from other amusement vehicles. Power-ups and virtual weaponry are simulated by increasing/decreasing speed, causing damage, providing temporary protection from damage, freezing weaponry, and deactivating weaponry the amusement vehicle for pre-defined time corresponding to sensor-specific signals transmitted to or received from other amusement vehicles in gaming event of amusement environment. Amusement vehicle comprises cameras for capturing still images/video of amusement vehicle and surroundings. An adaptive video system (AVS) processes, transmits, and displays still images/video on a display screen of amusement vehicle and display device external from amusement environment.
DISPLAY ASSEMBLY AND VEHICLE HAVING THE SAME
A display assembly includes a storage box and a flexible display screen. A storage groove is formed in the storage box and a side of the storage groove is open. The flexible display screen is able to be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state. In the unfolded state, the flexible display screen is unfolded and covers an open side of the storage groove, and in the folded state, the flexible display screen is folded or wound, and the open side of the storage groove is at least partially exposed.
BRACKET FOR A PILLAR ASSEMBLY
A bracket for a display assembly includes a body that has a first edge and a second edge that define a first surface and a second surface of the body. An elongated retention feature is coupled to the first edge of the body and defines an elongated slot proximate to the first surface of the body. A plurality of retention clips are coupled to the second edge of the body. Each of the plurality of retention clips define a slot proximate to the first surface of the body. At least one housing is coupled to the second surface of the body and defines locking apertures. At least one cap is selectively coupled to the at least one housing. The at least one cap defines locking features selectively disposed within the locking apertures that are defined by the at least one housing.
DISAPPEARING STEERING WHEEL AND PEDALS
A motor vehicle includes a steering wheel and/or pedals that can be moved from an active driving position to an inactive or stowed position. The motor vehicle may include a pedal shield that substantially blocks a driver's access to the pedals when the pedals are in an inactive position. The steering wheel and pedals may shift laterally simultaneously between the active and inactive positions or configurations.
Video monitoring system for a motor vehicle
Various embodiments include a method for providing an image using a camera monitor system for a motor vehicle with a trailer, wherein the camera monitor system has a rear camera assigned to a rear side of the trailer, a side camera assigned to a longitudinal side of the motor vehicle, and a monitor for presenting images of the cameras. The method may include: capturing a first image with the rear camera; capturing a second image with the side camera; constructing a composite image comprising the first image and the second image based at least in part on an ascertained trajectory of the motor vehicle; and displaying the composite image on the monitor.
Vehicle lighting and display systems using switchable opaque film
An apparatus and method, according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a transparent lighting source, a switchable opaque film bonded to the transparent lighting source to provide a vehicle component, and an electrical connection that connects to the transparent lighting source and the switchable opaque film such that the switchable opaque film is electrically controlled to switch between an opaque state and a transparent state. A control unit independently controls the switchable opaque film and the transparent lighting source based on a predetermined application for the vehicle component.
ACCESSORY SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
An accessory support assembly for a vehicle seat includes a support frame that includes an upper bracket and a lower bracket coupled to a bottom of the upper bracket. The lower bracket includes coupling features. The lower bracket defines side projections that extend from opposing sides of the support frame. A speaker assembly is coupled to the support frame. The speaker assembly includes a first speaker housing and a second speaker housing. The first and second speaker housings are coupled to the side projections of the support frame, respectively. A speaker is disposed in each of the first and second housings.
Method and apparatus for operating a camera-monitor system for a motor vehicle
A method for operating a camera-monitor system for a motor vehicle, in which the camera-monitor system has a camera that is designed to provide an image of an environment of the motor vehicle and has a monitor for representing images from the camera comprises providing an image from the camera, ascertaining an attention-relevant object in the environment, temporarily changing at least one representation property of the image in dependence on the ascertained object to form a changed image, and representing the changed image on the monitor.
