The system further includes a first speaker coupled to a third conductor of the multiple conductors that outputs audio data received from the third conductor, and an IVI interface configured to receive user instructions for controlling the mobile device and to transmit the user instructions to the mobile device via at least one of the multiple conductors.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR RIDESHARE IMPLICIT NEEDS AND EXPLICIT NEEDS PERSONALIZATION

A method for rideshare personalization may include identifying one or more unmet needs among a set of needs of a user during a ride of a vehicle based on data from a sensor of the vehicle, updating a user profile of the user to include the one or more unmet needs in association with a set of contextual data related to the ride, and providing services associated with the one or more unmet needs to the user during another ride based on the updated user profile and the set of contextual data related to the another ride.

Active noise control system

A first seat noise control device corrects sound collected by a microphone to sound at a listening position of a user seated on a first seat, generates a cancel sound that cancels, at the first seat, the sound of a second seat audio source output from a second seat speaker by using an adaptive filter, and outputs the cancel sound from a first seat speaker. A second seat noise control device corrects the sound collected by the microphone to sound at the listening position of the user seated on the second seat, generates a cancel sound that cancels, at the second seat, the sound of a first seat audio source output from the first seat speaker using an adaptive filter, and outputs the cancel sound from the second seat speaker.

Method for operating a sound output device of a motor vehicle using a voice-analysis and control device
11302304 · 2022-04-12 · ·

The invention relates to a method for operating a sound output device of a motor vehicle. A voice-analysis and control device receives a voice signal from a voice detection device of the motor vehicle, wherein the received voice signal describes a voice message from a person who is in exterior surroundings of the motor vehicle. The voice signal is used to ascertain a voice message content of the voice message and a thematic context of the voice message. On the basis of that, a voice output signal is provided that describes a context-related response text for the captured voice message, and the provided voice output signal is transmitted to the sound output device to output the provided voice output signal to the exterior surroundings of the motor vehicle.
