Security latch for user interface housing
A patient support apparatus includes a frame having a head end and a foot end. A support arm is operably coupled to the head end of the frame. A cord is coupled to the support arm. A user interface housing is operably coupled to the cord and configured to retain a user interface. The user interface housing includes a locking body coupled to a body of the user interface housing and has a flange configured to engage an edge of the user interface. A latch mechanism includes a flexible body coupled to a rear side of the locking body. The latch mechanism is configured to selectively secure the locking body in a position. A shelf is coupled to a lower portion of the body of the user interface housing. The shelf has stoppers operably coupled to the shelf. The stoppers are adjustable along a horizontal plane to define different widths.
Display control system and display control method
A display control system includes a mobile terminal device and an in-vehicle device. The mobile terminal device is configured to display an agent image by executing an agent program. The in-vehicle device is configured to display an agent image by executing an agent program. The in-vehicle device includes a detection unit and a display control unit. The detection unit is configured to detect the mobile terminal device as a result of receiving identification information from the mobile terminal device. The display control unit is configured to, when the mobile terminal device has been detected by the detection unit, cause the in-vehicle device to display the agent image. The mobile terminal device is configured to, when the display control unit causes the in-vehicle device to display the agent image, prohibit display of the agent image on the mobile terminal device.
SMART SAFE CONSOLE SYSTEM
A smart safe console system is provided herein. The smart safe console system includes a smart safe console assembly for mounting in a vehicle, having a safe body suitable for securing an electronic device, a button configured for controlling input and output to and from the electronic device when a vehicle hosting the smart safe console system is in use, and a wireless charging apparatus. Such smart safe console system is useful for improving the safety of a user when traveling in a vehicle with an electronic device.
Retaining assembly to attach one or more mobile devices to a mobile object
A retaining assembly to attach one or more mobile devices to a mobile object. The retaining assembly may include a mounting plate that attaches to the mobile object by way of a mounting bracket or scorecard clip-on. The mounting bracket provides dovetails for selecting engaging the mounting plate in different orientations. The mounting plate facilitates various magnetized components to removably attach to the mobile device. If the mobile device has a third-party extensible grip, a retaining ring may be employed to attach the mobile device or the extensible grip modified to one of the various magnetized components.
CLAMP ASSEMBLY FOR MOUNTING A MOBILE DEVICE
A clamp assembly may include an upper clamp member and a lower clamp member removably coupled to the upper clamp member. The upper clamp member may include a first projection extending from a lower surface thereof. The first projection may be configured to be at least partially received in a complementary opening of a mounting member. The lower clamp member may be removably coupled to the upper clamp member. The lower clamp member may include a second projection extending from an upper surface thereof. The second projection may be configured to be at least partially received in the complementary opening. The first projection and the second projection may be configured to substantially impede rotation of the clamp assembly relative to the mounting member.
Universal Seatback Mount for Electronic Devices
A system or device for mounting personal electronics such as tablet computers, smart phones, or laptops to seatbacks during travel. The device uses a series of jointed elements to allow for securing the device to a variety of seatbacks commonly found in automobiles, buses, trains, aircraft, and watercraft. The device also allows for personal electronics of varying shapes, sizes, and configurations to be secured to the seatback through the device so that a user may comfortably use his or her personal electronics without interfering with a tray table or requiring the user to hold his or her personal electronic items.
Adjustable fixing assembly
The disclosure provides an adjustable fixing assembly. The adjustable fixing assembly includes a base plate and a cover plate. The cover plate includes a plate portion and a protrusion portion protruding from the plate portion. The cover plate includes a first installation position and a second installation position. When the cover plate is in the first installation position, the protrusion portion extends away from the base plate, and the cover plate is spaced apart from the base plate by a first minimum distance. When the cover plate is in the second installation position, the protrusion portion extends towards the base plate, and the cover plate is spaced apart from the base plate by a second minimum distance, where the second minimum distance is smaller than the first minimum distance.
In vehicle driver feedback device
The disclosure relates generally to an in-vehicle feedback system, and more particularly, to an in-vehicle device with a display or graphical interface that collects driving data and provides feedback based on the driving data. The system may comprise an in-vehicle device that includes a graphical user interface and a processor and a data collection device wirelessly connected to the in-vehicle device. The in-vehicle device may be configured to receive vehicle telematics data from the data collection device and the processor may process the telematics data in real time and cause the telematics data to be displayed on the graphical user interface. The graphical user interface may include a speed display and an acceleration display.
Push-button actuated rear latch hook mechanism
An apparatus for mounting within a vehicle, an object having at least one receptacle in a first main surface. The apparatus comprises a base having a mounting surface. A latch and a frame are movable between latched and unlatched positions and are biased toward the latched position by a first biasing element. One or more push buttons are movable between extended and depressed positions and are biased toward the extended position by a second biasing element. A lower portion of the push button blocks and allows movement of the frame toward the latched position when the push button is in the extended and depressed position, respectively. The first main surface pushes the push button to the depressed position, thereby enabling the first biasing element to move the latch and the frame to the latched position, in which the latch engages with the at least one receptacle.
