A method of fabricating a bubble sheet for vehicles includes steps of: preheating a first polymer sheet; providing the first polymer sheet to a partially preheated pattern forming machine to form a pattern polymer sheet including a plurality of patterns having a prominent or depressed shape; and bonding the pattern polymer sheet and a non-woven fabric sheet.

A cargo liner for an enclosed vehicle has a water proof flexible material with a central section and a pair of butterfly wings. A number of first attachment points are space along an edge of one of the pair of butterfly wings. A pair of straps is located on a first edge of the central section. A number of adjustable straps each have a second attachment point at a first end of the adjustable straps. A number of suction cups are attached to the adjustable straps. A vehicle trunk comprises: a first trunk part forming at least a first wall of the vehicle trunk, the first trunk part including a thermoplastic elastomer material, wherein the first trunk part is at least partially collapsible to facilitate installation of the vehicle trunk into an undercut region of a vehicle; and a second trunk part forming at least a second wall of the vehicle trunk, wherein the first and second trunk parts define an interior of the vehicle trunk, and wherein the second trunk part includes a fiber-reinforced polymer material.
