METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR USING SENSORS TO OPTIMIZE A USER TREATMENT PLAN IN A TELEMEDICINE ENVIRONMENT
A method for optimizing at least one exercise for a first user. The method includes receiving first user data including attribute data associated with the first user and outcome data associated with the exercise. The method includes generating, based on the first user data, initial target data. The initial target data is associated with at least one of the first user, the exercise apparatus, and the exercise. The method includes receiving measurement data associated with at least one of the first user, the exercise apparatus, and the exercise. The measurement data is associated with one or more sensors. The method includes determining differential data based on one or more differences between the initial target data and the measurement data. The method includes generating, via an artificial intelligence engine and based on the differential data, a machine learning model trained to generate optimized target data.
RECIPROCATING UNIDIRECTIONAL ELECTROMAGNETIC RESISTANCE DEVICE
A reciprocating unidirectional electromagnetic resistance device includes a shaft having a flywheel installed to a first end of the shaft, an electromagnetic braking unit, and a first sensing device. A spring return device and a second sensing device are installed at a second end of the shaft, and a pull rope device is installed at the middle of the shaft. The electromagnetic braking unit and the spring return device are integrated into a single module and provided for an operator to perform a reciprocating motion to pull out a pull rope of the pull rope device and drive the shaft, the flywheel and the spring return device synchronously, and the electromagnetic braking unit acts an electromagnetic resistance onto the flywheel, so that the flywheel has the excellent precise resistance of the electromagnetic braking unit. When released, the pull rope can be retracted to achieve the reciprocating motion effect.
ROWING MACHINE INCLUDING A GEAR SHIFT MECHANISM
Rowing machines are described that permit a rower to adjust the rowing resistance using a gear shift mechanism. The rowing machine includes a handle connected to a chain, which passes, sequentially, over a derailleur and then to the gears of the gear cassette. The gear cassette is coupled to a resistance unit, which may be similar to resistance units used in off wheel bicycle trainers. This configuration of derailleur and gear cassette permit the rower to smoothly select a gear.

MOTORIZED TREADMILL WITH MOTOR BRAKING MECHANISM AND METHODS OF OPERATING SAME
A treadmill includes a frame; a running belt configured to rotate relative to the frame; and a motor coupled to the running belt. The motor is operable in a plurality of user controlled operating modes. In a first operating mode, a user of the treadmill provides a force of rotation to the running belt. In a second operating mode, the motor is adapted to resist rotation of the running belt. In a third operating mode, the motor is adapted to provide a force of rotation to the running belt at a desired speed.
Protective rowing device
A protective rowing device for compression of the abdomen is provided that comprises a brace and U-shaped support member that may connect to a rowing machine seat and rail.
EXERCISE SYSTEM
According to one example, an exercise system includes a vertical housing, a first weighted touchpoint coupled to the vertical housing and configured to allow a user to exercise one or more muscles on a first side of the user, a first weight system coupled to the first weighted touchpoint, a second weighted touchpoint coupled to the vertical housing and configured to allow the user to exercise one or more muscles on a second side of the user, and a second weight system coupled to the second weighted touchpoint. The exercise system further includes a control system configured to cause the first weight system to automatically provide a first heavier weight to the first weighted touchpoint for a first exercise and further cause the second weight system to automatically provide a second lighter weight to the second weighted touchpoint for the first exercise.
Exercise Machine Adjustable Resistance System And Method
An exercise machine adjustable resistance system and method for efficiently varying the workout resistance for an exercise machine. The exercise machine generally includes a carriage movably positioned with respect to the at least one rail, a plurality of springs selectively connectable to the carriage to provide a resistance level to the carriage, a plurality of electrically actuated mechanical devices adapted to latch a corresponding one of the plurality of springs to the carriage when in the latch state and unlatch a corresponding one of the plurality of springs to the carriage when in the unlatch state and a control unit in communication with the plurality of electrically actuated mechanical devices to selectively control the state of each of the plurality of electrically actuated mechanical devices to be within the latch state or the unlatch state.
Exercise Machine Resistance Adjustment System
An exercise machine resistance adjustment system for providing an exerciser the ability to immediately adjust the resistance force by changing their body position on the movable carriage or end platforms. The exercise machine resistance adjustment system generally includes a frame, a carriage movably positioned on the frame, a spring connected to the carriage to apply a biasing force to the carriage, one or more left projections within the carriage adapted for a left hand of an exerciser to grasp, and one or more right projections within the carriage adapted for a right hand of an exerciser to grasp. The exerciser is able to efficiently adjust the amount of resistance force applied to the carriage by repositioning their hands (or feet) from a first set of projections at a first distance to a second set of projections at a second distance from the first end of the exercise machine.
INDOOR EXERCISE BIKE HAVING UPHILL AND DOWNHILL MODE FUNCTIONS
The present invention relates to an indoor exercise bicycle capable of implementing an uphill mode and a downhill mode through a simple structure. An indoor exercise bicycle having uphill and downhill mode functions according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a brake unit that controls a pressing force applied to the circumferential surface of one side of a wheel, by means of forward movement of a brake mounting connected to a lead screw rotating through a motor; and a gear unit that is meshed with the brake unit of the lead screw while being spaced apart therefrom by a predetermined distance, and controls speed with respect to the rotational force of the wheel according to the rotation of the lead screw, wherein the brake unit may be operated in an uphill mode, and the gear unit may be operated in the downhill mode.
