EXERCISE DEVICE WITH ADJUSTABLE DAMPING FORCE
An exercise device with adjustable damping force has a main tube, an operating rod assembly slidably mounted on the main tube, an upper hole seat mounted on an upper end of the main tube and having multiple upper damping holes, a lower hole seat mounted on a lower end of the main tube and having multiple lower damping holes, at least one upper blocking element mounted on the upper hole seat, and at least one lower blocking element mounted on the lower hole seat. By adjusting an area where each upper damping hole is covered and an area where each lower damping hole is covered, the damping force provided by the exercise device as described can be adjusted according to different needs of users, and the exercise device is easy to carry and is versatile.
Exercise apparatus
The present disclosure relates to an exercise apparatus. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to an apparatus operated by hand which comprises a base upon which extend frame supports for the seat unit, resistance unit, crank unit, and guide unit. Embodiments provide for a crank to be mounted to the base and frame and wherein the crank is connected to first and second actuating rods via a coupling. The actuating rods are slidably connected at one end via a guide pivotally mounted to the frame and have a free end for a user to grip.
Braking mechanism for a self-powered treadmill
A mechanical braking system which can provide a brake to a self-powered treadmill, or a dual mode treadmill that can operate in both self-powered and motor-powered modes, that will rapidly halt the motion of the belt or rollers in the event of a power disconnect such as from the removal of a safety key.
Systems and methods for dynamically lighting a fluid-resistance exercise machine
An illumination device for directing light into a transparent fluid tank of a fluid-resistance exercise machine is disclosed. The device can be coupled with an exterior surface of the tank and includes a light source oriented to project light through a surface and into a region of the fluid tank where the light can be observed by a user of the machine during operation, especially when a rotary device disturbs the fluid to generate the fluid resistance effect. The illumination device can include a control unit having a processor and a communication device, where the communication device receives an exercise-related parameter relayed during operation of the exercise machine. In response the control unit can dynamically adjust a quality of the light as a function of the received parameter, such as heartrate, output, resistance, time, distance, or speed.
Exercise Device
Exercise device, having at least one elongate track onto which a seat and a footrest are slidingly movably arranged, such that the seat and the footrest are mutually independently movable along the at least one track, a resistance element connected to a handle via a drive cord through which the resistance element can be driven upon pulling the handle towards the seat, and a cord guiding member arranged between the handle and the resistance element over which the drive cord passes, wherein the cord guiding member is arranged stationary with respect to the footrest, and wherein the resistance element is arranged stationary with respect to the at least one track.
EXERCISE DEVICE FOR DEEP SQUAT AND BODY STRETCH
An exercise device for deep squat and body stretch has a device body, a damping assembly, and a pedal set. The device body has a base. The damping assembly is disposed on the base, and has a tube, a pneumatic cylinder which has multiple positioning through holes, and a seat. The pneumatic cylinder is mounted in the tube. The adjusting component is able to extend through the tube and is mounted with one of the positioning through holes. The seat is connected to the pneumatic cylinder for height adjustment. The pedal set is assembled on the device body, and has two pedals rotatably mounted on the device body.
Exercise machine
Described herein are embodiments of stationary exercise machines having reciprocating foot and/or hand members, such as foot pedals that move in a closed loop path. Some embodiments can include reciprocating foot pedals that cause a user's feet to move along a closed loop path that is substantially inclined, such that the foot motion simulates a climbing motion more than a flat walking or running motion. Some embodiments can further include reciprocating handles that are configured to move in coordination with the foot via a linkage to a crank wheel also coupled to the foot pedals. Variable resistance can be provided via a rotating air-resistance based mechanism, via a magnetism based mechanism, and/or via other mechanisms, one or more of which can be rapidly adjustable while the user is using the machine.
Methods and devices for sensing, guiding, and/or tracking pelvic exercise
Devices such as medical devices, including those for use in conducting pelvic muscle exercise, are generally provided. Embodiments herein relate generally to the medical device and consumer medical product fields, and in some embodiments, to a device for sensing, guiding, and/or tracking pelvic muscle exercise in men and women for the purpose of treating urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and other pelvic conditions.

Exercise Glove
An exercise device including an outer portion and an inner portion positioned within the outer portion. The inner and outer portions are attached together at a wrist portion in a fluid sealed manner to form a fluid tight cavity between the inner and outer portions. The inner and outer portions are be shaped and sized to provide at least one fluid flow channel or path extending from the wrist portion to a finger portion to allow fluid to flow from the wrist portion to the finger portion and back again, when a user is conducting reciprocating exercises and the fluid cavity is at least partially filled with fluid.
