Exercise Machine Support System
An exercise machine support system for providing increased versatility including inclination or declination of an exercise surface, a reduction in the overall length and width of the exercise machine, and an enhanced user interface which reduces the risk of injury. The exercise machine support system generally includes a cantilevered exercise machine which is adapted to have a variable angle of incline or decline with respect to a horizontal ground surface. The exercise machine will generally include a base and a support which extends between the base and the exercise machine. The upper end of the support is connected to the exercise machine by a first pivot such that the exercise machine pivots about the support. An adjustment device may be utilized to pivot the exercise machine and thus adjust its angle of incline. Various types of adjustment devices are disclosed, including an actuator, ratchet-and-pawl, gears, and cam.

Guided movement exercise machine
An exercise machine can include a frame, one or more platform arms that can be driven by a motor or a hydraulic system, and one or more handle arms that can be grasped by the user's hands. The exercise machine can guide the user through movement that actively flexes and extends portions of a user's body while the user exercises to provide, for example, dynamic stretching and cardio benefits while achieving strength training.
WATER-RESISTANCE ROWING MACHINE
A water-resistance rowing machine has a frame body, a water-resistance unit, at least one blade wheel, a pulling strap, and a seat. The frame body has an elongated beam and a pulley rotatably mounted on the frame body. The water-resistance unit has a water tank extending along the elongated beam, a rotating shaft disposed in the water tank and extending along and being parallel to the elongated beam, and a strap wheel assembly connected with the rotating shaft to drive the rotating shaft to spin. The at least one blade wheel is mounted on and rotated with the rotating shaft. The pulling strap is wrapped around the pulley and has an end connected with the strap wheel assembly and a handle formed on another end of the pulling strap. The seat is mounted on the elongated beam.

Treadmill Having Auxiliary Cushioning
A treadmill contains: a body, a support assembly, a resistance unit, and a stop strap. The body includes a holder and a circular running belt. The support assembly includes multiple posts and two columns. The respective column has a slidable space, and the slidable space has two first chutes. A resistance unit includes two sliding devices, two limitation structures, and a force exerting element. The respective sliding device has a slider and multiple first rollers. The respective limitation structure includes two cylinder units, a resilient unit, a first fixing unit, and a second fixing unit. The force exerting element has two connection rods connected on two ends thereof, and the respective connection rod of the force exerting element is coupled with the coupling portion of the slider of the respective sliding device.
Foot supports with fit enhancement features for an exercise machine
A foot support assembly for an exercise machine may be configured for sing-hand operation (e.g., cinching or releasing of the foot strap). The foot support assembly may include a footplate coupled to the frame of the exercise machine and configured to support the user's foot during exercise and a strap coupled to the footplate and configured to resist separation of the user's foot from the footplate. The strap is operatively associated with a quick release ratchet mechanism, which is configured to be unlocked simply by pressing a lever of the ratchet to allow the ratchet strip to reverse, releasing the user's foot from the strap. The foot support assembly may be provided on each side of the seat rail of a rowing machine, which may alternatively or additionally include a multi-grip handle including a plurality of grip portions configured to position the user's hand at different orientations to one another.
Hydrodynamic exercise device and method
Exercise devices and methods avoid the establishment and transmission of any abrupt impact to a person during the conduct of an exercise routine with an exercise device having an elongate tubular body of flexible material with an internal chamber extending longitudinally between opposite terminal ends of the chamber, and a liquid medium partially filling the chamber so as to be movable between the terminal ends in response to manipulation of the tubular body. The chamber is provided with a reentrant curved contour configuration at each terminal end such that during manipulation of the tubular body while conducting the exercise routine, the liquid medium, upon reaching a terminal end of the chamber, will follow a smooth, uninterrupted return path along the reentrant curved contour configuration, thereby creating an exercise force while avoiding the establishment and transmission of any abrupt impact at a corresponding terminal end. A transparent portion of the tubular body reveals instructive or entertaining images displayed within the tubular body during the conduct of an exercise routine.
