Pneumatic exercise device
The pneumatic exercise device comprises a resistance base and an ergonomic handle. The pneumatic exercise device may be used in pairs to perform exercises and physical therapy. The resistance base provides resistance to movement of the ergonomic handle. The ergonomic handle is coupled to a shaft projecting from a top of the resistance base. Another end of the shaft is coupled to a piston within an air cylinder inside a housing of the resistance base. A pressure differential of an air caused movement of the piston creates the resistance. An amount of resistance may be changed by sliding a resistance adjustment lever on a side of the housing. The angle of the ergonomic handle is adjustable by pressing a pivot release on the side of the ergonomic handle. The pneumatic exercise device may include an auxiliary platform used to elevate a user's feet during exercise.
PORTABLE EXERCISE AND/OR REHABILITATION DEVICE
A portable exercise or rehabilitation device which permits users to perform a variety of stretching exercises includes a ground contacting member which the user uses to contact the ground, preferably between their legs, and a moveable handle which the user holds onto while performing stretching. The moveable handle slides away to greater and greater distances from the ground contacting member using a telescoping assembly. Once at a preferred separation distance, a lock holds the telescoping member in place so that the user may brace the ground contacting member against the ground and stretch his or her back, shoulders, or other muscles using the handle. The device preferably is on the order of sixteen to forty inches long in its non-extended state and can be conveniently carried in a gym pouch.
Rowing machine
A rowing machine comprising: a main body portion extending along a longitudinal axis from a first end of the rowing machine to a second end of the rowing machine; a seat portion; a handle portion; the seat portion and handle portion configured to enable a user to simulate a rowing motion during use of the rowing machine; wherein the rowing machine comprises at least one mechanism configured for transferring a pitching motion to a user relative to said longitudinal axis, during use of the rowing machine.

Arm extension exercise apparatus
Apparatus for performing an arm extension exercise comprising: a frame, a seat having a seating surface (S), an elbow pad having an engaging surface (ES), an input arm assembly interconnected to a resistance mechanism and a manually graspable mechanism, the input arm assembly being adapted to reside in a start motionless position (SMP) that disposes the manually graspable mechanism in a start exercise position (SEP) that is disposed vertically above UW) the user's elbows, the input arm assembly being pivotable around a linear axis disposed rearwardly of the user's elbow.
Stowable rowing machine
A stowable rowing machine is provided. The stowable rowing machine may include a frame, a seat rail selectively movable relative to the frame between storage and use configurations, and an adjustment assembly movably coupling the seat rail to the frame and operable to releasably secure the seat rail to the frame. The adjustment assembly may include a plurality of securing elements configured to selectively engage the seat rail to secure the seat rail in position. The adjustment assembly may include a plurality of guide elements configured to selectively engage the seat rail, the plurality of guide elements including at least one disengagement guide element. When the seat rail is engaged with the disengagement guide element(s), the seat rail may be disengaged from the securing elements.
Exercise Treadmill
An exercise treadmill is disclosed. The treadmill can be constructed with no obstructing front rails, with one or more side rails, and/or with a structural flat or ramped surface at the front allowing the user to exercise with unconstrained motion. The treadmill can further include one or more accommodations to help the user stay safe, remain longitudinally centered, and/or adjust speed with controls built into the treadmill, or automatically based on body position relative to sensors built into the side rails. The treadmill belt may be motor driven, or be user driven and dynamically moderated by resistance. The treadmill configuration can be utilized to provide a virtualized exercise experience for the user.
Exercise device
An exercise machine is provided which is configured to place a user in an exercise position, wherein movement during exercise against a load will target the gluteus maximus muscles. The exercise machine positions the body of a user in a lowered or exercise position which supports the user while raising their body to an elevated position, in a manner to stabilize the user and direct movement of the user along the sagittal plane during use, while concurrently isolating the gluteus maximus muscles as the muscles overcoming the load.
Stepper exercise machine with adjustable resistance
A stepper exercise device includes a base support frame, a wheel assembly having a first wheel, a stepper assembly coupled to the base support base and first wheel of the wheel assembly, and a resistance adjustment mechanism coupled to the wheel assembly. The stepper assembly includes a first step pedal and a second step pedal coupled to a first side and a second side of the first wheel respectively. The first step pedal and the second step pedal are configured to move in an elliptical motion resembling a step motion of a user as if the user walked on the support surface. The resistance adjustment mechanism is configured to provide different amounts of resistance to rotational motions of the first wheel, which in turn provides various resistance to step motions of the first and second step pedals to adjust the intensity of the exercise.
