Cavitated Water Training/Exercise Ball
A device and method for enhancing swimming exercises which can be used with the swimmer's legs, hands and head. The device can be a closed cell EVA foam sphere having opposite sides formed into concave cavities. The cavities permit a swimmer to position the device between his/her knees and against which the swimmer must apply leg-closing pressure. This causes the swimmer to maintain streamline during the entire pulling phase of the arm movement of the swimming stroke. With the device positioned at the same location, breaststroke kick training can also be enhanced as it causes the swimmer to apply pressure to maintain proper knee distance during kicking. Alternatively, the device can be held in one hand while the other hand is used to implement the particular swim stroke, and the device can be exchanged easily to the other hand. The device can also be placed under the chin during swimming exercises.

Dual balance exercise apparatus
A weight resistance exercise machine having cable and pulley linkage assemblies attached to a single weight stack. Each cable and pulley linkage assembly, which is independent of the other(s), can be used by one arm or leg during bilateral exercise training (that is, training in which both limbs of a pair are used to simultaneously to lift a weight). A tilt platform and biofeedback assembly display and measure in real-time how much each limb of a pair is contributing to such lifting effort.
EXERCISE APPARATUS
An exercise apparatus comprises a frame with a chamber having a piston slidable between first and second cavity ends of the chamber, and a cable assembly for pulling the piston by an applied force towards the second cavity end to cause a vacuum in the chamber to exert a resistance force on the cable assembly. A cable subassembly extends between first and second parts of the cable assembly, comprising a pulley wheel attached to the first part and a cable extending around the pulley wheel having first and second cable ends. Stoppers on the cable ends engage a bearing member to restrain movement of at least the first cable end when the second cable end is pulled relative to the pulley wheel. Releasable connector means connect the cable ends to the second part to allow a user to choose a magnitude of the resistance force opposing the applied force.
CORE EXERCISE MACHINE
An exercise machine for working core muscles includes a base, a handle bar connected to the base, and a leg support assembly connected to the base and extending substantially horizontally in a direction away from the handle bar. When one of the handle bar and leg support assembly is swung in a clockwise direction, the other of the handle bar and leg support assembly is swung in a counterclockwise direction, and when the one of handle bar and leg support assembly is swung in a counterclockwise direction, the other of the handle bar and leg support assembly is swung in a clockwise direction. The opposite direction rotations of the handle bar and leg support assembly create a double twist motion in the core muscles of a user of the machine.
Abdominal Exercise Device with Integrated Back Massager
An abdominal exercising apparatus should allow the user to strengthen their abdominal and oblique muscles in a comfortable manner. The present invention seeks to strengthen the stomach muscles and do so in a comfortable manner that allows the user of the invention to exercise in an upright seated position, while also providing a massage of the user's back muscles along each side of their spine. The present invention can be used on a bench, chair, couch, or other seating apparatus where it can be used in comfort and while engaged in other passive activities, such as, watching TV. An added benefit of the present invention is that it provides massaging of the muscles on both sides of the user's spine as it is used.
Multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus for use with a slip and counter fight simulation/workout machine or stand alone device for fight simulation
A fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. The multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.

Force Measuring Exercise Device
A force measurement device has a motion dampening device having at least two ends. A first end is releasably engaged to a base frame and a second end is releasably engaged to a moveable member. A load cell is in communication with the motion dampening device. The load cell measures a force imparted by a user and the load cell registers the force to a display which depicts the registered force exerted by the user. A method for measuring the force a user imparts onto an exercise apparatus comprises the user imparting force onto a moveable member. The motion dampening device imparts a force substantially opposite to the user force and a load cell measures the force exerted by the user. The force is transmitted to a display wherein the display depicts the registered force imparted by the user.
