Board structure and electronic device
A board structure for a cable passing therethrough includes a board body and a grommet. The board body includes a board hole and a first inner protrusion portion. A minimum diameter of the board hole is a diameter located corresponding to the first inner protrusion portion of the board hole. The grommet is made of an elastic material and disposed in the board hole. The grommet includes a grommet hole and an outer annular wall. The outer annular wall is connected to the first inner protrusion portion. The grommet hole is for the cable passing therethrough and coaxially disposed with the board hole. A diameter of the grommet hole is smaller than the minimum diameter of the board hole.

Fitting structure and steering system including the same
A fitting structure includes an annular seal member; a first fitting member including a first tubular fitting portion having a tubular shape, a first holding portion that contacts the seal member from a first axial end side, and a first restricting portion provided at a position different from a position of the first holding portion; and a second fitting member including a second tubular fitting portion having a tubular shape that is fitted to the first tubular fitting portion from a second axial end side, a second holding portion that contacts the seal member from the second axial end side, and a second restricting portion that contacts the first restricting portion from the second axial end side in a state where the seal member is compressed by a prescribed amount between the first holding portion and the second holding portion.
VEHICLE
A vehicle includes a vehicle interior, a front room provided in front of the vehicle interior with a dashboard interposed therebetween, a first protection target that is disposed along the dashboard and extends in an upper-lower direction, and a first protector that has a concave sectional shape and covers the first protection target toward the dashboard. The first protection target includes a curved portion curved along a curvature of the dashboard, and the first protector includes a bent portion that covers the curved portion, an upper extension portion that extends upward from the bent portion, and a lower extension portion that extends downward from the bent portion. The upper extension portion includes a first fixing portion that has a bolt insertion hole and is fixed to the dashboard, and the lower extension portion includes a second fixing portion that has a slit opened downward and is fixed to the dashboard.
Dashboard gasket for coupling a power steering device to the dashboard of a vehicle
A vehicle fitted with a steering device including a steering mechanism protected by a steering casing, the steering casing itself being housed in an engine compartment that is separated from the interior of the vehicle by a dashboard, the steering device also including a steering wheel, located in the interior, and to which the steering mechanism is connected by a steering column that extends out of the steering casing and passes through the dashboard, the vehicle including, in order to provide a seal around the steering column, between the steering casing and the dashboard, an elastomeric coupling gasket including, in a single piece, a central first sealing ring that surrounds and clamps around the steering column and a peripheral second sealing ring that is inserted between the steering casing and the dashboard, at a distance from and around the first sealing ring.
INTEGRAL TYPE DUST COVER WITH BEARINGS
The present invention provides a dust cover which is provided between an engine room and the driver's seat such that, when a steering shaft provided under a steering wheel of a vehicle is installed passing through a vehicle frame, the steering shaft passes through the dust cover. The dust cover is characterized by comprising: a pair of bearings coupled to the steering shaft; a pair of bearing races provided to surround outer circumferential surfaces of the bearings; a ring-shaped fixing cap forcibly inserted into the bearing races through both sides of an opening by interference fitting, thereby fixing the bearings; and an integrally formed seal part having through-holes to which the bearing races are coupled.
NOISE INSULATION ELEMENT FOR THE BULKHEAD OF A VEHICLE BODY
A noise insulation element (14) for the bulkhead (12) of a vehicle body (10) is provided with a mass-spring element (20) which has a plastic support layer (22) as the heavy layer with a front side facing away from the bulkhead (12) when the mass-spring element (20) is installed and with a rear side facing towards the bulk-head (12), and a noise damping layer (24) made from a noise insulating material connected to the rear wall as the spring layer. The support layer (22) is provided on its rear side with an integrally designed hollow fixing projection (16) which is formed on an edge recess with a recess edge which recess is open towards an outer limiting edge section (28) of the support layer (22) and a side wall (30) projecting from the rear side of the support layer (22) and extending along the recess edge.
Space-saving broadband resonator having a resonator insert
A space-saving broadband resonator configured to install within and utilize inner space of other components and includes a resonator insert having a tubular pipe elongated along a central axis, the tubular pipe having a circumferential outer wall having a plurality of perforation holes spaced apart and extending radially through the circumferential outer wall. An interior of the tubular pipe forms a gas flow duct. A plurality of annular disk-shaped walls provided on and projecting radially outwardly from the tubular pipe. Adjacent annular disk-shaped walls spaced axially part from each other define resonator chambers therebetween. A bell mouth is formed at the second axial end of the tubular pipe, the bell mouth flared radially outwardly.
VEHICLE ACOUSTIC DASH PANEL SEAL AND GUIDE
An acoustic dash panel seal and assembly guide for a vehicle having a dash panel with a shaft aperture configured to receive a steering column shaft includes a guide portion having a converging wall that converges from a first end to an opposite second end, and a flange portion extending from the converging wall first end. The guide portion second end is configured to be disposed proximate to the dash panel shaft aperture, and the guide portion first end is configured to receive the steering column shaft therein during assembly of the vehicle. The converging wall is configured to guide the steering column shaft toward and through the guide portion second end to thereby guide the steering column shaft through the dash panel shaft aperture.
