Vehicle frame assembly and power supply tray
A vehicle frame assembly includes a plurality of members, a tray, at least one insulation member, and at least one battery. The plurality of members define a first void. The tray is coupled to at least one member of the plurality of members. The tray defines a second void. The at least one insulation member is disposed within the first void or the second void. The at least one battery is disposed within the first void and the second void.
Non-flammable thermal insulating composite substrate for motor vehicles and production method
Disclosed is a non-flammable thermal insulating composite substrate for motor vehicles including: a textile component constituted by a layer of needle-sewn non-woven fabric composed of a percentage of pre-oxidized polyacrylonitrile fiber included between 40% and 70%, preferably 58% and of the remaining percentage of polyethylene glycol-terephthalate fiber, the textile component having weight preferably 400 gr/m.sup.2; and a barrier fixed to the textile component using a spreading process, constituted by a thermoplastic resin based on low density polyethylene added with non-halogen flame retardants, the barrier having weight preferably 100 gr/m.sup.2. The composite substrate has the following features: a thickness included between 2 mm and 5 mm, preferably 3.8 mm; a weight included between 300 gr/m.sup.2 and 700 gr/m.sup.2, preferably 500 gr/m.sup.2; odorless; no emission of fumes; dimensionally stable, even at heatstroke, with a maximum variation of 1%; and non-flammability.
Battery mounting structure for vehicle
A corrugated plate portion of a core panel is sandwiched between an upper panel and a lower panel, and is formed in a shape in which upwardly-facing concave portions, that open toward a side of the upper panel and extend in a vehicle transverse direction, and downwardly-facing concave portions, that open toward a side of the lower panel and extend in the vehicle transverse direction, are lined-up alternately. A sum of contact surface areas of the upper panel and bottom wall portion sides of the downwardly-facing concave portions at the corrugated plate portion is smaller than a sum of contact surface areas of the lower panel and bottom wall portion sides of the upwardly-facing concave portions at the corrugated plate portion.
VEHICLE
A vehicle includes: a vehicle body provided with a boarding space; and a power storage device disposed below the boarding space, wherein the power storage device includes one or more power storage stacks and an accommodation case that accommodates the one or more power storage stacks, the accommodation case has a lower case in which the one or more power storage stacks are disposed, and a plurality of wall portions that partition a region in which the one or more power storage stacks are disposed, a gas-discharge path through which gas discharged from the one or more power storage stacks is flowable is provided inside each of the plurality of wall portions, and a heat insulating member is disposed between each of the plurality of wall portions and the boarding space.
COOLING STRUCTURE FOR IN-VEHICLE ECU
A cooling structure for an in-vehicle ECU includes: a body component that is part of a vehicle body; and an ECU attached to the body component. The body component includes a heatsink on the back side of a portion of the body component to which the ECU is attached. The body component is a single-piece aluminum diecast component including the heatsink.
