TONING GARMENT WITH MODULAR RESISTANCE UNIT DOCKING PLATFORMS
Disclosed is a technical training garment configured for use with modular, interchangeable electronics and resistance modules. The garment provides resistance to movement throughout an angular range of motion and tracks biomechanical parameters such as stride length, stride rate, angular velocity and incremental power expended by the wearer. The garment may be low profile, and worn by a wearer as a primary garment or beneath or over conventional clothing. Alternatively, the device may be worn as a supplemental training tool during conventional training protocols.
ROWING EXERCISE MACHINES HAVING A CONFIGURABLE ROWING FEEL
Among other things, a rowing exercise machine includes a movable inertial element, an eddy current brake coupled to the movable inertial element, a rowing grip coupled to the movable inertial element, and control circuitry coupled to the eddy current brake to cause a resistance to motion of the rowing grip during part of a rowing stroke. The resistance to motion of the rowing grip during the drive phase of the rowing stroke conforms to a target feel for a rower. The target feel corresponds to a feel for a rower of a target other rowing exercise machine or other target feel of interest.
Climbing exerciser
A climbing exerciser includes a base mount, left and right racks located at left and right sides of the base mount respectively, two left links each having an end pivotally connected with the base mount and the other end pivotally connected with the left rack in a way that the left rack is reciprocatingly moveable up and down, two right links each having an end pivotally connected with the base mount and the other end pivotally connected with the right rack in a way that the right rack is reciprocatingly moveable up and down, and a motion linking device disposed to the base mount and linked with the left rack and the right rack in a way that the right rack lowers when the left rack raises. As such, the climbing exerciser can provide smooth and more natural movements to the user with low noise and various exercise modes.
LOWER EXTREMITY EXERCISER DEVICE FOR EXERCISE AND SUPPORT
An exercise system can include an exercise device and a sliding board that when used together may help patients regain strength and mobility during lower limb rehabilitative exercises. The exercise device may include a foot support body; a support wall extending vertically upward on one side of the foot support; a divider wall extending vertically upward from the support body and extending transversely from an opposing side of the foot support body; an ankle bed rest defined by a space from the support wall and around the divider wall; and a smooth bottom surface. The sliding board can have a smooth top surface that is slidable relative to the smooth bottom surface of the exercise device.

Passive-type treadmill
A passive-type treadmill is disclosed which includes a closed-loop belt rolling around two spaced apart rollers for providing a running platform, a first and a second handrail parallel to each other and extended upward angling to a surface of the closed-loop belt at larger than 45 degrees, and a towel rack having at least a first and a second clip for stretching a towel between the first and the second handrail.
Exercise machine
An exercise machine has a base housing, a boom having an elongate rigid body that extends from a proximal end to a distal end, and a pivot mount which pivotally mounts the proximal end of the boom on the base housing such that the boom is able to pivot with respect to the base housing between a rowing configuration wherein the boom is generally horizontal, and a skiing configuration wherein the boom is generally vertical. A seat element is slidably mounted on the boom, and ski handles attached to a ski cable which extend through ski handle stops at the distal end of the boom. A row handle is also attached to a row cable that extends from the base housing. The exercise machine further includes a resistance device, and a transmission system that connects the ski cable and the row cable to the resistance device.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL THERAPY DEVICE
A therapy device aids an occupational therapist in soft tissue recovery and development. The device includes an attachment base which anchors to a table or other support surface, a riser pivotably connected to the base with 2-3 degrees of freedom, and a handle connected to the riser with an additional 2-3 degrees of freedom. Each pivotable connection can be adjusted to rotate freely or with a desired level of friction, or can be locked in a desired configuration. Multiple interchangeable handles may be included to adjust the patient-device interface, e.g., unilateral or bilateral engagement. Height adjustments may also be provided. The dual-pivoting design and adjustability of the device facilitates applications for a wide variety of patients with varying therapeutic needs, such that the device provides a highly
