A method and device for the automatic fitting of vehicle registration plates with data carriers. A plurality of work stations interlinked by at least one conveyor are provided for this purpose. The work stations are equipped with handling devices and associated imaging devices. As a result, a respective data carrier can be automatically gripped and placed in its precise position in the opening and prefixed there. The data carriers are then each cast automatically in the opening for the permanent fixation of the data carrier in the opening of the registration plate.
LICENSE PLATE HOLDER

The plate is configured to rest flush with the glass window when the glass window is rolled up. ELECTRONIC LICENSE PLATE FRAME FOR DISPLAYING STATIC AND NON-STATIC INFORMATION
Systems, apparatus and methods related to electronic vehicle registration and tag displays, specifically a vehicle license plate frame containing multiple low power e-paper type displays configured to replace the stickers used for vehicle registration and parking authorizations as well as provide indication of purchased parking increments and/or allow for display of advertisement or other messages. The system may also allow the display of driver or vehicle specific information such as the user's driver's license number or insurance at the request of a third party authorities such as the police. The system allows for use of a mobile computing device having software connected with the internet to access a server allowing for communication with various registrations authorities including the DMV, municipal parking authorities, and private parking authorities. Displays may be overwritten and changed depending on the location of the vehicle and need to provide display of certain authorizations.

Methods of personal and article identification and licensing are disclosed. Methods and constructions of cards and plates include driver's license fabrication and production for the purpose of regulating or identifying a driver and assuring their identity and compliance with jurisdictional regulations and license plate fabrication and production for the purpose of regulating or identifying a vehicle and assuring its identity and compliance with jurisdictional regulations. Driver's licenses and license plates are described herein as exemplary embodiments of identification cards and licensing devices that are produced according to certain processes of manufacturing and issuing.
License plate bracket
A license plate bracket. The license plate bracket includes a frame having a front wall, a rear wall, and a sidewall extending therebetween, defining a channel therein. An opening is disposed along an upper side of the frame providing access to the channel. A first cutout is disposed in the front wall, the first cutout placed such that it can expose identifying information of a license plate disposed within the channel. A plurality of fasteners are affixed to the front wall at each corner thereof, the plurality of fasteners able to removable secure the frame to a support surface.

A bumper protection apparatus, the apparatus comprising: an anchor body having an exterior top wall, an exterior bottom wall, and an exterior side wall extending therebetween; the top wall comprising a top recessed annular section with top interior peripheral wall, and a bottom recessed annular section with bottom interior peripheral wall, and an annular shoulder separating the top interior peripheral wall and the bottom interior peripheral wall, to form a generally graduated cylindrical void bottom within the anchor body; a base wall formed with bottom interior peripheral wall, the base wall being opposite to exterior bottom wall; the base wall having an aperture extending therefrom to exterior bottom wall; and a cover comprising an exterior cover wall and an interior cover wall with an edge wall therebetween, the cover dimensioned to fit snugly in the anchor body within the top recessed annular section.
VEHICLE CAMERA PERIPHERAL
A vehicle camera peripheral. It has a frame having a surface for supporting a license plate, at least one compartment for containing a battery and a circuit board having a wireless transmitter and video transmission circuitry, the compartment provided in the frame and positioned behind the license plate supporting surface, a camera mounted to the frame and connected to the circuit board, and a mounting for connecting the frame to existing license plate fastening devices of a vehicle.
