The main body has a rail or a moving block, and the frame body has a moving block or a rail. The frame body moves on a plane relative to the main body via the moving block being removably coupled to the rail. The two pivoting members being removably pivoted to the main body and the frame body along two normal lines of the plane respectively. The frame body is forced to be rotated on the plane with one of the two pivoting members relative to the main body.

A bumper structure of the present disclosure includes: a bumper face; a bumper beam; and an impact-absorbing member interposed to be compressively deformed between the exterior member and the movable-body-side rigid member. The movable-body-side rigid member, in an up-and-down direction of the movable-body-side rigid member, includes: a plurality of recesses recessed toward the movable body; and a protrusion protruding forward the movable body to be formed between the plurality of recesses. The plurality of recesses each have a vertical width gradually tapering toward the movable body, and the impact-absorbing member is fitted into at least two of the plurality of recesses.

LOAD MANAGEMENT ASSEMBLY

A load management assembly can manage and/or absorb the energy from an external force applied to a vehicle. The load management assembly includes a frame rail and a mounting bracket coupled to the frame rail. In addition, the load management assembly includes a shield coupled to the frame rail. The shield partly surrounds the mounting bracket in order to protect the mounting bracket from an external force and to redirect a load path of the external force. The load management assembly may further include a reinforcement bracket to assist in directing the load path of the external force. The reinforcement bracket is coupled to the frame rail and may be in contact with the mounting bracket.

Systems and methods for a material handling vehicle with a multi-piece bumper assembly

A bumper assembly for a material handling vehicle is provided. The bumper assembly includes a main body which includes at least one cutout. The bumper assembly also includes a window plate that may be removably coupled to the main body and cover the at least one cut out. The bumper assembly can also include a lower section that may be removably coupled to the main body and includes a protection plate extending below the at least one cutout.

A bumper reinforcement includes a body portion joined to a vehicle body front end portion through portions of the body portion on a first direction side and a second direction side in the vehicle width direction, and a reinforcing member joined to the body portion along the body portion. The body portion includes a first standard rigidity region, a high rigidity region, and a second standard rigidity region arrayed next to each other in this order in the vehicle width direction. The high rigidity region has rigidity higher than rigidity of the first standard rigidity region and rigidity of the second standard rigidity region and is positioned in a center of the body portion in the vehicle width direction. The reinforcing member is provided so as to at least partially overlap the high rigidity region and the first standard rigidity region through a first boundary position.

Provided herewith is a customizable bumper system for a vehicle and a related method of customizing. The customizable bumper system includes a central weldment that bolts onto a frame of the vehicle. The central weldment includes a height adjustable hitch receiver attachment structure in the form of an array of parallel holes for attaching a hitch receiver at a selected hitch height position along the central weldment. The central weldment also includes a pair of height adjustable extension attachment structures in the form of arrays of parallel holes for selectively attaching a respective pair of lateral bumper extension members upon which one or more selected light components are optionally installed. These lateral bumper extension members are also attached at a selected extension height position. Additional component attachment structures enable one aftermarket components to be optionally installed upon the central weldment.

BUMPER REINFORCING ASSEMBLY

A vehicle front end includes a bumper and a carrier attached to the bumper. A plurality of fins are movably attached to the carrier and are spaced from each other. The fins taper in a direction transverse to the bumper. The fins may be moved to a deployed position to reinforce the bumper to improve low-speed damageability of the bumper, and may be moved to an inactive position, which may allow a fascia to more easily deform relative to the deployed position to provide energy absorption for pedestrian impacts.

A bumper apparatus for a vehicle may include an airbag module and a rotary member. The airbag module has an airbag cushion to be deployed through a bumper. The rotary member is rotatable about the vehicle body along with the bumper portion when the airbag cushion is deployed.
