FRONT STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE BODY
A front vehicle body structure includes a fender apron upper member, a shock absorber housing disposed under the fender apron upper member, and a front side member disposed under the shock absorber housing, and the fender apron upper member, the shock absorber housing and the front side member are integrally formed.
BUMPER SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a bumper system for a vehicle, and provides a bumper system for a vehicle, the system comprising: a bumper beam which has a fastening hole formed through each end thereof in the forward and backward direction; a crash box which is inserted into the fastening hole of the bumper beam; and a bracket which is fastened to the bumper beam so as to be able to prevent the crash box from being separated. Thereby, the system can meet both low speed crash regulations and RCAR performance.
Front fender assemblies for a work vehicle
A track work vehicle includes a track system. The track system includes a drive wheel supported by an axle housing that drives a continuous ground-engaging track, a saddle assembly that guides the track about the drive wheel and an undercarriage frame that supports one or more idler wheels that guide the track along a ground surface. The track work vehicle includes a fender assembly that includes at least one fender coupled to the track system to overlap a portion of the track.
Bumper Device for a Vehicle
A bumper device for a motor vehicle has two bumper support members arranged parallel to the vehicle longitudinal center plane. The bumper device has a bumper crossmember arrangement arranged transversely with respect to the vehicle longitudinal center plane. The bumper crossmember arrangement has two fastening portions at which the bumper crossmember arrangement can be fastened to the associated bumper support member directly or by a respective connecting structure. A central portion between the fastening portions and two lateral end portions protrudes beyond the fastening portions. The central portion of the bumper crossmember arrangement is designed as a frame member surrounding an opening, with an upper crossmember, a lower crossmember, a left support post and a right support post.

SLIDER BRACKET FOR A VEHICLE UNDERBODY STRUCTURE
A vehicle includes a bumper, a floor and a subframe. The subframe is attached to the floor at a plurality of attachment points and below the bumper. The subframe has a base member extending across the subframe, parallel to the bumper and including a bracket. The bracket has first and second tabs connected by a platform extending from the first and second tabs. The bracket is fixedly attached at the second tab and angled relative to the base member such that the second tab is defined closer to the bumper. Upon loading, the first tab moves in a direction substantially parallel to the base member and the platform is deformed substantially perpendicular to the base member.

Articulated Sliding Links for Deflecting a Vehicle in a Small Offset Collision
A collision countermeasure apparatus for a vehicle includes a longitudinally extending frame rail that defines a transverse opening adjacent a front end. An extension is partially received in a bumper that defines an open end. A pin is received in the transverse opening and has an outer end pivotally connected by a joint to an outboard end of the extension. Collisions outboard of the frame rail drive the extension into the pin and the pin into the rail to laterally displace the vehicle. Collisions inboard of the rail slide the extension outwardly from the bumper and pivot the extension and pin toward each other. Collisions inboard of the rail shift the pin laterally outwardly from the transverse opening.
Profiled Brace, In Particular for a Motor Vehicle
A profile strut includes an upper chord, a lower chord, two spaced-apart lateral walls which, together with the upper chord and the lower chord, define an interior, and a first profile end and a second profile end. A first end piece is disposed in the first profile end and a second end piece is disposed in the second profile end. A connecting web connects the first end piece to the second end piece. Each of the first end piece and the second end piece bears via end faces thereof against adjacent inner wall regions of the upper chord and the lower chord; respectively. An intermediate region, which is configured as a tunnel incorporated into the lower chord, is disposed between the first profile end and the second profile end.
FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY FOR MOUNTING A SEAT AND BALLAST MEANS AND ADD-ON STRUCTURE IN VEHICLE
Front bumper assembly 200 for mounting a seat and ballast means and add-on structure in vehicle is provided. Front bumper assembly 200 includes a bumper frame 202, a mounting member 204 and a plurality of reinforcement members 206. The bumper frame 202 includes a base frame 202B and a plurality of legs 202L. The front bumper assembly 200 is removably connected to a vehicular structure C at a first position in which each leg 202L of the bumper frame 202 is horizontally connected to the vehicular structure C, and a second position in which each leg 202L of the bumper frame 202 is vertically connected to the vehicular structure C. The front bumper assembly 200 is adapted to removably receive at least one of an operator's seat S, a ballast means and an add-on structure when the front bumper assembly 200 is in the second position.
