SENSOR ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE
A sensor arrangement structure that may improve sensing accuracy of a sensor tube and may make a sensor cover easy to install is disclosed. The sensor arrangement structure includes a bumper beam; a shock absorber disposed in front of the bumper beam; a contact sensor including a sensor tube, in which the sensor tube is disposed between the bumper beam and the shock absorber; and a sensor cover covering the shock absorber from a rear surface of the shock absorber, in which the sensor cover is disposed along a side surface of an end portion of the bumper beam in a width direction of a vehicle, the sensor cover has a protruding portion at a position corresponding to the sensor tube, and the protruding portion protrudes towards the shock absorber.
SECONDARY BUMPER ASSEMBLIES FOR VEHICLES
A secondary bumper assembly is provided and includes a base plate, a secondary bumper, and heel blocks. The base plate includes holes for mounting the secondary bumper assembly to a primary bumper. The secondary bumper is disposed on the base plate. The secondary bumper includes a main body and a base. First and second grooves exist between portions of the main body and the base, which has base segments. The heel blocks include flanges and maintain contact between or at least partially prevent movement between the secondary bumper and the base plate. The base segments slide into gaps between the base plate and the heel blocks. A hardness level of the base segments is greater than a predetermined level to prevent flexing of the base segments in a direction away from portions of the main body opposite the base segments. The flanges slide respectively into the first and second grooves.

Bumper cover retainers including integral attachments that retain a bumper cover to the bumper cover retainer
A vehicle may include a bumper assembly that includes a bumper cover, and a bumper cover retainer. The bumper cover retainer may further include an integrally formed fastening feature that is integral with the bumper cover retainer and that folds over the bumper cover to connect the bumper cover to the bumper cover retainer.

Bumper beam
The invention relates to a bumper beam (B) comprising a main cross member (1) and a cross member part (2) fixedly attached to said main cross member (1). Said cross member part (2) forms in itself or together with one or more portions of the main cross member (1) a closed chamber (C) in a cross section of the bumper beam and is arranged at an upper side (11) or at a lower side (12) of said main cross member (1). Said closed chamber (C) abuts and extends over only a portion of said upper side (11) or said lower side (12) of said main cross member (1) as seen in the cross direction of said main cross member (1) and over essentially the entire length and in a longitudinal direction of said main cross member (1). Said main cross member (1) together with said cross member part (2) form a closed main chamber (M).

Bumper shield
The bumper shield is a protective structure that mounts on a vehicle. The vehicle is further defined with a bumper and a trunk. The bumper is further defined with a superior surface. The bumper shield attaches to the superior surface of the bumper. The position of the bumper shield on the bumper is such that the bumper shield protects the bumper from impact damage caused by cargo hitting the bumper as the cargo is loaded and removed from the trunk. The bumper shield forms a sacrificial surface that separates the bumper and the cargo being loaded into the trunk. The bumper shield comprises a base strip and a parchment. The base strip attaches to the bumper. The parchment protects the base strip during storage of the bumper shield.
