Training apparatus
Training apparatus comprises exercise equipment mounted to a side surface or a roof of a land vehicle or for mounting to a surface such as a wall of a building or ship. The exercise equipment comprises a support structure which is attached to the surface or roof. In some embodiments the support structure is maneuverable by pivoting with respect to the surface or roof, whilst remaining attached thereto, between a stowed condition and an exercising condition.

Glute press exercise machine
A glute press exercise machine including: a four-bar linkage connected to a stationary frame; a rotatable back support connected to the four-bar linkage; a seat connected to the four-bar linkage; and a foot support connected to the stationary frame. A lower portion of the back support extends below the user's hips to support the users hips during a glute press exercise. This lower portion supports at least 10% of the user's weight. In operation, the seat rotates downwardly away from the user's hips during a glute press exercise and then rotates upwardly again to contact the user's bottom between every repetition of the glute press exercise. The four-bar linkage is pivotally connected to the stationary frame at a location near ground level. The foot support is positioned below 25 cm from the ground and extends forwardly beyond the front of the stationary frame.
Composite Exercise Weights
A method is provided for fabricating a unitary element, such as an exercise weight, including a composite material. The method includes providing a plurality of solid fragments including at least one non-thermoplastic material. The method further includes providing a plurality of solid particles including at least one thermoplastic polymer and/or elastomer material, at least 75% of the solid fragments having sizes in a fragment size range from zero to 32 millimeters and at least 75% of the solid particles having sizes in a article size range from zero to 1.5 millimeters. The method further includes forming a mixture of the plurality of solid fragments and the plurality of solid particles, the mixture including 90% to 20% of the fragments by volume and 10% to 80% of the particles by volume. The method further includes molding or extruding the mixture into a unitary element through the application of heat and/or pressure.
Strength-Training Apparatus for Outdoor Use with a Hitch or Gound Receiver
A strength-training device having, in some embodiments, an L-shaped bracket adapted to insert into a hitch assembly on a vehicle, the strength-training device comprising a cruciform and one or more shuttles and anchor points for elongated straps.

A strength-training device having, in some embodiments, an L-shaped bracket adapted to insert into a hitch assembly on a vehicle, the strength-training device comprising a cruciform and one or more shuttles and anchor points for elongated straps.
EXERCISE DUMBBELL
An exercise dumbbell that is configured to be manufactured from a sustainable material and further configured to provide alternate weight configurations. The present invention includes a support bar member that is manufactured from bamboo having a hollow passage extending therethrough. An internal support rod is present within the support bar member and extends the length thereof. Opposing ends of the internal support rod are configured to receive fasteners thereof so as to secure a first weight member and a second weight member. The first weight member and the second weight member are manufactured in a preferred embodiment from natural stones. In a preferred embodiment the first weight member and the second weight member have different weights. The first weight member and second weight member include recesses formed on the surface thereof operable to receive a portion of the ends of the support bar member.
CONNECTING ASSEMBLY OF AN EXERCISE DEVICE
A connecting assembly designed for use with an exercise device is herein disclosed. The connecting assembly includes a ball joint linkage, a ball, and a ball joint arm. The ball joint linkage is designed to couple to a base. The ball is pivotally mounted in the ball joint linkage, with the ball joint arm extending from the ball and being designed to couple to various types of exercise equipment. The ball permits three degrees of rotational freedom movement of the ball joint arm relative to the ball joint linkage, offering a plethora of diverse exercises while increasing safety of the exercise activity.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND DEVICES, FOR EXERCISE USING DYNAMIC FLUID MOVEMENT
This disclosure extends to systems, apparatus, and methods for exercising using dynamic fluid movement. In one embodiment, an assembly may have a central body formed as a closeable reservoir, with two opposite side handles. The handles may each include a rotatable grip member. The reservoir may be at least partially filled with a liquid. As user exercises, the assembly is moved while user maintains a grip on at least one grip member. The rotatable grips allow for movement of the central body while the grip is maintained. As the assembly is moved for an exercise, movement of the liquid in the reservoir provides an additional force. In one exemplary exercise, a user may hold the assembly by the opposite grips and walk or run while swinging the arms and rotating the torso back and forth. Where a cap is present, the central body may serve as a water bottle.
Multi-use mounting bracket with extension and internal support rod for gym accessories
Described herein are examples of multi-use mounting brackets having an extension with an internal support rod configured to support gym accessories. A single multi-use mounting bracket fits gym rigging or gym racks of different sizes and hole configurations. This accomplished by including multiple pairs of holes that are sized and positioned to be compatible with different gym rigging configurations. The multi-use mounting brackets described herein are advantageously designed to resist both downward and upward forces.
