Gymnastic machine with movable steps and operation method thereof
The present invention concerns a gymnastic machine of the type having movable steps, comprising a supporting frame, for the resting of said gymnastic machine on the floor, a movable stair comprising a plurality of elongated elements, each elongated element being hinged in series to a preceding elongated element and to a following elongated element, so as to form a closed series, two consecutive elongated elements forming a step of said movable stair acting respectively as tread and riser, said gymnastic machine being characterized in that at least one elongated element comprises at least one first and one second part articulated to each other. The present invention also concerns an operating method of said gymnastic machine.
EXERCISE MACHINE SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS
Sensor data is collected from a sensor monitoring a tension generating device of an exercise machine. The sensor data is analyzed to determine whether the sensor data is within a specification. In the event the sensor data is not within a specification, an error stop mode is entered for the tension generating device.
Apparatus for physical exercise
An apparatus for physical exercise comprising a resistance arrangement having at least one hydraulic cylinder adapted for providing resistance forces in at least a first and a second direction, the apparatus having a force transmission assembly through which the resistance forces are operable. The force transmission assembly having at least one actuation member being in operable engagement therewith and being adapted to transfer forces generated by a user in at least two directions of motion to the at least one hydraulic cylinder via the force transmission assembly. The resistance forces created by the at least one hydraulic cylinder opposing the user generated forces.
Elastic band for use in a resistance-type exerciser
An elastic band for use in a resistance-type exerciser. The elastic band includes a continuous loop of elastic material having a pair of receiving portions and a pair of spanning portions extending between the pair of receiving portions. A cross-sectional area of each receiving portion is greater than a cross-sectional area of each spanning portion.
EXERCISE MACHINE DIFFERENTIAL
An exercise machine is disclosed. The exercise machine comprises a motor. The exercise machine comprises a gearbox coupled to the motor, wherein the gearbox comprises bevel gears. The exercise machine comprises a spool coupled to the gearbox. The exercise machine comprises a cable wound about the spool.
A second exercise machine is disclosed. The second exercise machine comprises a motor. The second exercise machine comprises a lockable translatable mount. The second exercise machine comprises a cable coupled to the motor via the lockable translatable mount. The second exercise machine comprises a sensor coupled to the lockable translatable mount, wherein the sensor is used at least in part to determine mount lock state.
A third exercise machine is disclosed. The third exercise machine comprises a motor. The third exercise machine comprises a mount. The third exercise machine comprises a cable coupled to the motor via the mount. The third exercise machine comprises a sensor coupled to the mount, wherein the sensor is used at least in part to determine mount lock state. The third exercise machine comprises a lockable arm coupled to the mount and a second sensor coupled to the lockable arm, wherein the second sensor is used at least in part to determine arm angle.
Joint for rehabilitation device
A joint for a rehabilitation device and a rehabilitation device are disclosed. The joint is defined for operation between an end of a first member and an end of a second member. The joint enables the second member to pivot at the joint with respect to the first member. The joint includes a positioning mechanism for defining a set position from which the second member pivots. The joint also includes a restriction mechanism for restricting the degree of pivoting of the second member, from the set position. The joint further includes a biasing mechanism for biasing the second member such that it returns to the set position when an opposing force applied to the second member is less than the bias of the biasing mechanism. When the joint is in the set position, the biasing mechanism is configured such that no bias is applied to the second member.
TREADMILL
A treadmill is provided. A rotation device rotatably supporting a track unit of the treadmill includes a pair of bearing trains rotatably installed at a frame structure and including a plurality of first bearings arranged along a movement direction of a belt to guide a movement of an upper region of a pair of belts and a front rotation module and a rear rotation module rotatably installed at the frame structure and respectively arranged at a front side and a rear side of the pair of bearing trains. At least one of the front rotation module and the rear rotation module includes a pair of rotation members arranged spaced apart from each other in a direction perpendicular to a rotation direction thereof and a pair of rotation support units supporting the pair of rotation members such that the pair of rotation members rotate individually.
Transmission system for treadmill
A transmission system for a treadmill is provided, which includes a primary transmission wheel, a secondary transmission wheel, a metal disk and a magnetic assembly; wherein the primary transmission wheel is rotated coaxially with a chain wheel of the treadmill; the secondary transmission wheel is connected with the primary transmission wheel through a first belt; the metal disk is connected with the secondary transmission wheel through a second belt; the magnetic assembly is rotatably connected to a frame of the treadmill, and the magnetic assembly is moveable close to or away from a center of the metal disk to provide a resistance to the metal disk; and the magnetic assembly is connected with a handle of the treadmill. Through the transmission system for the treadmill of the present application, the resistance to the movement may be changed to meet the user's demand for different exercise intensity.
Multi-functional exercise apparatus
A durable and impact-resistant exercise apparatus that is portable, modular, stackable, and weight-adjustable to allow a user to perform a variety of isolated lower body, core, and upper body resistance training exercises as well as full-body strength training exercises to improve a fitness of the user. The exercise apparatus is configured both as a platform for supporting the user during a first plurality of exercises as well as a weighted body for being lifted or moved by the user during a second plurality of exercises.
