VEHICLE MULTI-PURPOSE BRACKETS
This disclosure details multi-purpose brackets for mounting accessory devices within vehicle cargo spaces. Exemplary multi-purpose brackets include a doubling flange, a first opening formed through the doubling flange, and a second opening formed through another location of the bracket. A first accessory device may be mounted within the first opening, and a second accessory device may be mounted within the second opening. The multi-purpose bracket may be formed in a stamping process that involves folding and clinching the doubling flange to a platform of the bracket.
Rear support structure for a vehicle
A rear support structure for a vehicle includes a parcel cross-member and a brace assembly. The parcel cross-member extends from a first side structure to a second side structure of the vehicle and includes a first vertical member, a second vertical member, and an upper horizontal member that at least partially define an opening between the cargo area and the passenger compartment. The brace assembly includes a first brace extending across the opening and including a first end secured to the upper horizontal member adjacent a longitudinal centerline of the vehicle and a second brace extending across the opening and including a first end secured to the upper horizontal member adjacent to the longitudinal centerline. The first brace further includes a second end secured to the first vertical member and the second brace includes a second end secured to the first vertical member.
Method of manufacturing partition panel for vehicles
Disclosed are a partition panel for vehicles and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes mounting a first prepreg formed to have a shape corresponding to a molding groove on a lower die provided with the molding groove. The molding groove is inclined upwards from the center of a lower portion of the lower die to opposite ends of the lower die. A second prepreg having a sheet type is mounted on the lower die so as to cover the first prepreg. The first prepreg and the second prepreg are integrally molded by placing an upper die on the lower die.
Partition wall module for a cabin of a vehicle for an optical and mechanical separation of different cabin regions
A wall module for a cabin of a vehicle for separation of different cabin regions comprises a lower wall section having a fastener for fastening the wall module to a structurally fixed component fixed to the floor in the cabin, a surface-like rigid upper wall section converging with the lower wall section having a second fastener in a region of the wall module facing away from the lower wall section for fastening the wall module to a structurally fixed component fixed to the ceiling in the cabin. The upper wall section at least in a region comprises an arched curvature around a horizontal axis for adapting to the shape of a backrest of a seat. The wall module comprises at least one element stiffer than the upper wall section, which extends from a region adjacent the floor to a region adjacent the ceiling of the wall module.
Vehicle seating assembly
A seating assembly is provided herein that includes a console disposed between laterally adjacent first and second seats. A panel is disposed within the console and movable between a stowed position and a deployed position. A first portion of the panel has a greater transparency than a second portion of the panel. A tray is supported by the console and movable between a first position and a second position. The tray is supported by a support member extending from the console.
REAR SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR A VEHICLE
