The safety belt buckle fastening assembly is rotatably connected to a seat body of a child safety seat and for connecting with a safety belt buckle. The safety belt retractor is used for retracting a safety belt, and the safety belt retractor includes a restraining assembly for restraining a movement of the safety belt in a predetermined direction. The linking component is installed between the safety belt buckle fastening assembly and the safety belt retractor, and the safety belt buckle fastening assembly rotates to drive the linking component and the restraining assembly, so as to restrain or release the safety belt winding around the safety belt retractor. The safety belt automatic adjustment apparatus has advantages of automatic adjustment for the safety belt, simple structure, convenient operation and enhanced safety.
Apparatus and method for assisted buckle release
An apparatus and method for assisted buckle release employing a generally C-shaped or U-shaped assistive device adapted to depress a buckle's release button, such as a button typical of a child car seat restraint harness, and thereby assist in unlocking the buckle.
Double sided cushion with provision for child five point harness and booster
A vehicle seat system includes a seat back. A seat cushion is positioned proximate to the seat back. The seat cushion includes: a first side configured when upwardly directed for supporting an adult passenger; and a second side oppositely facing from the first side. The second side is configured when upwardly directed for supporting a child passenger and includes: an elevated face positioned proximate to the seat back; and a lower elevation face forward of the elevated face at a lower elevation than the elevated face when the second side is upwardly directed. The seat cushion is releasable and rotatable to configure the seat cushion with either the first side or the second side upwardly directed.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETECTING AN UNATTENDED CHILD IN A CHILD SAFETY SEAT OF A VEHICLE
A detection system may include a first sleeve shaped to receive and retain a buckle of a child safety seat. The first sleeve may include a first body portion shaped to receive and retain the buckle, a male connector portion integrally formed with the first body portion, and a transmitter electrically coupled to the male connector portion. The detection system may include a second sleeve shaped to receive and retain a buckle connector. The second sleeve may include a second body portion shaped to receive and retain the buckle connector, a female connector portion connected to the second body portion, and a battery electrically coupled to the female connector portion and configured to provide energy to the transmitter when the male connector portion communicates with the female connector portion. The transmitter may generate a signal, indicating a presence of a child, when the transmitter receives energy from the battery.
LATERAL SHOCK ABSORBER AND CHILD CAR SAFETY SEAT THEREWITH
A lateral shock absorber includes a protective fender and a locking mechanism. The protective fender is pivoted to a base of a child car safety seat and pivotally switchable between a folded state or an unfolded state relative to the child car safety seat. The locking mechanism is for selectively engaging with the protective fender to restrain the protective fender from switching to the unfolded state or disengaging from the protective fender to allow the protective fender to switch to the unfolded state when the protective fender is located in the folded state. The protective fender includes a driving block, a supporting block and a combining assembly. The driving block is pivoted to the base, and the supporting block is pivoted to the driving block and engages with the driving block by the combining assembly.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT AND ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WARNING DEVICE THEREOF
An assembly system warning device includes a first assembly member, a second assembly member, a main circuit, a power supply, an alarm device, a first circuit, a first switch, a second circuit and a second switch. When the first assembly member is located at an assembly position and the second assembly member is located at an idle position, the main circuit and the second circuit are connected in series to form a closed circuit. When the second assembly member is located at an assembly position and the first assembly member is located at an idle position, the main circuit and the first circuit are connected in series to form a closed circuit.
Portable hi-back car seat/restraint system/seat pad assemblies and methods of making and using same
A hi-back vehicle seat and seat pad restraint system includes a vehicle seat assembly having a vehicle seat back and a vehicle seat operatively connected to the vehicle seat back, a hi-back vehicle seat assembly operatively connected to the vehicle seat assembly, a vehicle safety belt assembly operatively connected to the vehicle seat assembly, wherein the vehicle safety belt assembly interacts with the hi-back vehicle seat assembly, a seat pad assembly located on the vehicle and attached to the vehicle seat assembly. Furthermore, the hi-back vehicle seat assembly can be equipped with a five (5) point harness. Also, the seat pad assembly can be equipped with a seat pad assembly restraining shoulder strap and a restraining shoulder strap connector to keep the shoulder portion of vehicle seat belts correctly positioned over the torso of the end user.
SEAT HARNESS SYSTEM
A seat harness system having a harness plate lockable to a seat to form a five-point harness system for the seat. The harness plate is operatively associated with harness strapping, which is associated with a harness positioning system, which in turn is associated with an actuator to form a singular system that requires only a single action to release all five-points harness system by way of the actuator and the harness positioning system.
DEVICE FOR ARRANGING A PASSENGER RESTRAINT SYSTEM IN A VEHICLE
A device for arranging a passenger restraint system in a vehicle, in particular for arranging a child seat, in order, using the passenger restraint system, to secure a person seated in the vehicle, the device in the arranged state being fastened to a belt frame for a vehicle seat or for a vehicle seat bench. The belt frame includes a support arrangement with a vertical support and a cross strut, and, when the support arrangement is in the arranged state on the vehicle, the vertical support being arranged upright on a floor of the vehicle. The device is present as an elongate profile and wherein the device has mounting members along a longitudinal axis of the profile for the fastening of retaining catches of the passenger restraint system. The mounting members are present spaced apart from one another along the longitudinal axis of the profile.
User-defined stimulation patterns for juvenile products
Systems and methods define a stimulation pattern for a juvenile product utilizing a mobile device that executes a mobile application that is linked to the juvenile product. The method comprises the step of recognizing, by the mobile device when executing the mobile app, the user-defined stimulation pattern for the juvenile product. The stimulation pattern can be a vibration pattern or a motion pattern, and can be detected in a number of different ways by the mobile device. The method further comprises the step of determining control signals for the actuator(s) of the juvenile product based on the user-defined stimulation pattern that is recognized by the mobile device. The method further comprises the step of, in response to receiving a command to execute the user-defined stimulation pattern, controlling the actuator(s) of the juvenile product based on the stored control signals for the user-defined stimulation pattern.
