Vehicle seat belt device
A vehicle seat belt device including: a buckle that is positioned so as to face a corner formed by a seat cushion and a seat back those constitute a rear center seat, and to which a tang of a seat belt is detachably attached; a webbing that connects the buckle to a lower floor; a loop portion formed on a side surface part of the buckle; and a first band that is inserted into the loop portion, is engaged with the buckle at one extending end, and is fixed to the seat back at the other end, is provided.
VEHICLE SEAT
The vehicle seat (100) comprises a cover part (29) including a cover member (24) having a folded portion (24b) in the X direction at a position where it is overlapped with a hole part (21a) formed in a seat back (2), and a cover member (25) having a folded portion (25b) folded in the X direction at a position where it is overlapped with the hole part (21a). The cover part (29) includes two sewn parts (26, 27) for fixing the overlapped portion of the cover members (24, 25) in two locations in the Y direction, while no sewn part exists in such section of the overlapped portion as intervenes between the sewn parts (26, 27).
VEHICLE SEAT AND VEHICLE SEAT MOLDING METHOD USED FOR SAME
In order to solve the issue, during recessed-shape molding for vehicle seats, of requiring a suspension step, more work, members for suspension, and increased cost in a method using suspension, a recessed-shape molding method is provided for vehicle seats having a seat frame, a seat pad covering the seat frame, and a trim cover covering the seat pad. The seat pad has a seat pad groove. An adhesive sheet is sewn on to the rear surface of the trim cover by using outer stitching, the trim cover is put on to the seat pad, then a die is pressed on to the outer stitching from the trim cover surface, the trim cover is adhered to the seat pad groove, and a recessed shape is formed. As a result, a vehicle seat having simplified molding steps and effectively reducing costs can be provided, as well as a vehicle seat molding method used for same.
BELT WEBBING FOR SAFETY BELT DEVICE AND SAFETY BELT DEVICE
A belt webbing for a safety belt device of a motor vehicle, the belt webbing being wider in a first section than in a second section relative to its longitudinal direction.
BUCKLE
A buckle includes a main body part that can be coupled to a tongue that is attached to a seatbelt of a vehicle; a communication substrate to which one end of a wire harness is coupled, the wire harness passing through an opening formed on a buckle surface of the buckle; a holder configured to support the communication substrate; and a cover configured to cover the main body part, the communication substrate, and the holder. The cover includes a rib that prevents the holder from moving in an opening direction of the opening.
Buckle device
A buckle device includes: a buckle body that retains a tongue through which a webbing worn across an occupant is inserted; a fixing plate that is fixed to a vehicle seat; a wire harness that is connected to the buckle body; and a coupling webbing that is formed in a belt shape and that couples the buckle body and the fixing plate together. The buckle device further includes a boot that covers the coupling webbing in a state in which a part of the wire harness is disposed inside the boot, and that includes a projection shaped portion that restricts movement of the wire harness in the width direction of the coupling webbing.
Locking apparatus of seat belt buckle for vehicle
A locking apparatus of a buckle of a seat belt for vehicles includes a sector gear bracket configured to be integrally coupled to a rear pipe which is coupled to a seat cushion frame, wherein the sector gear bracket has: an arc-shaped locking hole; and a sector gear arranged along the locking hole as an internal gear; a pole bracket located at one side of the sector gear bracket, wherein the pole bracket has a shaft part which is configured to pass through the locking hole and the seat cushion frame and then be integrally coupled to a lower end of the buckle; and a lock gear arranged on the pole bracket as an external gear.
UTILITY VEHICLE
A utility vehicle is provided with a seat frame disposed below a seat for a crew and supporting the seat, the utility vehicle includes:
a seatbelt apparatus configured to hold the crew sitting on the seat; in which
the seat frame includes a projection projecting outward in a vehicle width direction from the seat and covering a top of a fuel tank,
the seatbelt apparatus includes a retractor supporting an end of webbing so as to freely wind the webbing, and the retractor is attached to the projection.
Seatbelt Adjuster
The present invention is a a seatbelt adjuster arm that extends a standard seatbelt for more comfort while providing the same amount of safety. It is a seatbelt adjuster arm comprising a tongue attached to a belt which has a latch plate at the other end. The tongue of the seatbelt adjuster arm will clip into the latch of the seatbelt of the vehicle seat that the user is going to seat in. The tongue of the standard seatbelt of the vehicle extending the seatbelt moving it several inches from the user's neck.
Movable buckle mounting system
An adjustable occupant restraint system for a vehicle includes a floor bracket configured to couple to a vehicle floor, a link system rotatably coupled to the floor bracket, and a seat belt buckle coupled to the link system. The link system rotates in response to and along with the fore/aft adjustment of the vehicle seat to substantially maintain the seat belt buckle at a hip point of a seat occupant throughout the fore/aft adjustment of the vehicle seat.
