BUCKLE DEVICE
A reduction in the durability of a coupling member coupled to a buckle is suppressed. A lift-up buckle device includes a buckle that engages with a tongue inserted through webbing worn by an occupant, and wires that each have a portion fixed to the buckle and that are displaced to move the buckle. The lift-up buckle device also includes a wire guide that includes a guide groove that guides the wires, and a soft lower cover that engages with the wire guide and covers the wires. A dimension of an end portion on the buckle side of the guide groove is set so as to increase on progression toward the buckle side.
Motor vehicle seat having a reversible sitting part with an opening for the passage of a base for securing a safety belt
A motor vehicle seat including a sitting part including a base panel bordered at least partially by a side panel, the sitting part configured to be mounted on the vehicle floor panel in two different positions of: a first accommodating position, in which the side panel extends in a first direction, at the rear of the base panel and forms a portion of the seatback of the seat, and a second reversed position, in which the side panel extends in front of the base panel, in a second direction opposite the first. The sitting part further includes an opening configured for passage of a base for securing a safety belt when the sitting part is in the accommodating position. A motor vehicle can include the seat.
SEAT BELT BUCKLE PRESENTER
A belt buckle feeder comprises a stationary base (12) adapted to be fixedly mounted to the vehicle and a carriage (14) movable to a retracted position and to an extended position vis-à-vis the base (12), which carriage is connected to a belt buckle (20) via an intermediate plate (22) provided between the belt buckle (20) and the carriage (14). The intermediate plate (22) is tightly connected to the belt buckle (20) and there is provided a positive guidance by which the intermediate plate (22) is pivoted during traversing to the extended position by a predetermined degree vis-à-vis the carriage (14) so that in addition to the traversing movement of the carriage (14) along a tilting direction (N) the belt buckle (20) reversibly tilts from a home position to an inclined position.
Load Limiting Seat Belt Buckle Assemblies
A seat belt buckle assembly includes a buckle housing; a plate extending from the buckle housing and defining a slot; and a bracket including a rivet engaged in the slot. The plate and rivet are configured such that, in response to an impact force that exceeds a threshold acting to pull the buckle housing away from the bracket, the slot plastically deforms, permitting the buckle housing and plate to translate relative to the bracket.
BUCKLE APPARATUS
A buckle apparatus includes a buckle, a moving member, a sliding member and a guide member. A tongue of a seatbelt apparatus can be engaged with the buckle. By being moved, the moving member moves the buckle. The sliding member is provided at the moving member and moves together with the moving member. The guide member allows the sliding member to slide in accordance with movement of the moving member and guides the sliding member. Friction between the guide member and the sliding member is less than friction between the guide member and the moving member.
BUCKLE DEVICE
In a buckle device, displacement of a buckle cover in a width direction with respect to a buckle guide is restricted by restricting grooves of the buckle cover and restricting ribs of the buckle guide that enter the restricting grooves. This enables a space to be secured between a wall portion on one side in a width direction of the buckle cover and a wall portion on one side in a width direction of the buckle guide.
Method for cutting metal plate, method for manufacturing metal product, and metal product
A method for cutting a metal plate, a method for manufacturing a metal product, and the metal product are provided which enable the formation of cracks to be suppressed even with application of external force and enable strength of a product to be increased. A method for cutting a metal plate 2 of one aspect according to the present invention includes a crushing step and a separation step. The crushing step is a step of crushing a removal target part 22 of the metal plate 2 in a thickness direction of the metal plate 2 by applying, to the removal target part 22, force from both sides in the thickness direction so as to deform the removal target part 22 into a thin-walled part 23. The separation step is a step of separating, after crushing step, the thin-walled part 23 from a body 21 of the metal plate 2.
Adjustable connectors for use with webbing of patient harness systems and other types of safety belt systems
Adjustable connectors disclosed herein are adapted to connect webbing to a buckle. The webbing can be, e.g., a urethane coated webbing, some other type of coated webbing, or a non-coated webbing. The adjustable connector includes a baseplate, a tongue at a front end of the baseplate, a webbing aperture within the baseplate, first and second walls extending perpendicularly from the baseplate, and first and second slots respectively within the first and second walls. In certain embodiments, the slots are tapered. In certain embodiments, the adjustable connector includes a rotatable lock bar including a central portion having an outer surface and first and second tabs. In certain embodiments, each of the tabs has a cross-section with a major-axis that is greater than a minor-axis that is orthogonal to the major-axis. In certain embodiments, a front edge of the webbing aperture comprises an arced front edge.
SEAT BELT DEVICE
A seat belt device 30 includes a second buckle 48 connected to a vehicle 10 side by a second webbing 49, and a tubular buckle holder 46 which is able to hold the second buckle 48 in a state in which the second buckle 48 is accommodated therein. A tongue 76 is inserted into the second buckle 48. In addition, the buckle holder 46 is provided on an anchor 32 so as to be rotatable in vehicle forward and rearward directions. Furthermore, a length dimension L1 of the second webbing 49 is set such that the second buckle 48 can be pulled out from the buckle holder 46.
SEAT BELT BUCKLE PRESENTER
A belt buckle feeder comprises a base (12) adapted to be fixedly attached to the vehicle and a carriage (14) being movably supported on the base (12) to which carriage a belt buckle (20) can be coupled and which can be moved by a drive arranged on the base (12). The drive includes an electric motor (26) and a worm gear comprising a worm shaft (34) which has a worm (36) as well as drive spur wheel teeth (40), with the shaft (28) of the electric motor (26) including a pinion (30) which is engaged in the drive spur wheel teeth (40) and drives the worm shaft (34).
