When the belt body is not in use, the positioning structure can drive the protecting pad away from the working position by elasticity, so as to prevent the protecting pad from randomly falling on an upper surface of the cushion body, which will not affect a child's riding and can improve the riding comfort. The buckle fastening assembly has advantages of simple structure and easy disassembly, which is convenient to use by caregivers.

A belt mount for a vehicle seat or a vehicle bench seat in a vehicle is proposed, wherein the belt mount comprises an attachment mechanism for attaching to a vehicle structure in the region of a vehicle floor such that a lower end section of the belt mount can be fixed in the region of the vehicle floor, wherein the belt mount comprises a support arrangement with a support member for supporting on the vehicle structure of the vehicle. According to the invention, the support member, protruding forward in the driving direction, is present on the belt mount such that it is spaced apart at the top from the lower end section of the belt mount and is formed in such a way that the support member can be connected in the region of the vehicle structure of the vehicle which is present above the vehicle floor.

A belt-positioning booster seat is adapted to be positioned on a passenger seat included in a vehicle and to support a child seated on the passenger seat. The belt-positioning booster seat includes a seat pad to elevate a child above a seat bottom of the passenger seat along with left and right belt guides adapted to receive a lap belt that extends over a child seated on the seat pad.

A belt-positioning booster seat is adapted to be positioned on a passenger seat included in a vehicle and to support a child seated on the passenger seat. An upper-front of a seatback is cut, providing a hole at a position the occupant's shoulder may lie, and an engaging means able to engage with a shoulder webbing is fitted in the hole. The engaging means holds the shoulder webbing, which is wrapped around the occupant. The engaging means is, for example, a (second) buckle fitted in the hole. A second tongue (intermediate tongue) is mounted on a middle part of the shoulder webbing. The shoulder webbing is wrapped slantwise around the occupant's shoulder when the second tongue is engaged with the second buckle.

An upper-front of a seatback is cut, providing a hole at a position the occupant's shoulder may lie, and an engaging means able to engage with a shoulder webbing is fitted in the hole. The shoulder webbing is wrapped slantwise around the occupant's shoulder when the second tongue is engaged with the second buckle.

An occupant protection apparatus includes a seatbelt device and airbag device. The seatbelt device is capable of restraining an occupant to be seated on a seat in a vehicle. The airbag device includes an airbag casing to be disposed on or above a shoulder of the occupant. The seatbelt device includes a belt extendable through an insertion hole of the airbag casing. A fastening member is disposed in the insertion hole. The fastening member is configured to fasten the belt to the airbag casing when the belt is pulled out in a crash of the vehicle.

A seat belt for a vehicle comprises a first tongue coupled to a first webbing, the first webbing configured to cover portions of a shoulder, a chest, and an abdomen of a passenger; a first buckle coupled to the first tongue; a second tongue coupled to a second webbing, the second webbing configured to cover portions of the abdomen of the passenger; a second buckle coupled to the second tongue; and an actuator configured to upwardly pull the first tongue and the first buckle, wherein the first buckle is coupled to the second buckle; and upon a collision of the vehicle, the actuator operates to separate the first buckle from the second buckle, and the first webbing moves upward, restricting a movement of an upper body of the passenger.
