CASE HAVING A SHOCK ABSORBING STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICES
The present invention relates to a case having a shock absorbing structure for an electronic device which includes a protective shell, a side enclosure frame, and a shock absorbing block. The shock absorbing block is constructed to have a plurality of recesses formed on the side wall of the protective shell such that adjacent recesses are separated by a partition. The recesses are rectangular and the plurality of recesses has a continuous unitary construction along lower part of the four sides of the protective shell. In addition, the side enclosure frame includes an upper protrusion and a lower protrusion, formed on an inner-facing surface of the side enclosure frame. The side wall of the protective shell includes an upper cavity and a lower cavity. The upper protrusion fits within the upper cavity and the lower Protrusion fits within the lower cavity.
PROTECTIVE CASE WITH MULTI-MODE ROTATABLE MAGNETIC POSITIONING AND CLOSURE SYSTEM
A protective case for a mobile or handheld device is disclosed. The case includes front and rear cover components that are configured to rotate relative to one another so that the case is capable of being configured by the user into have multi-mode use configurations. The case includes a rotatable magnetic clasp that rotates to magnetically secure the case in desired configuration. The magnetic clasp includes a rotatable magnet component attached to one end region of the case and a fixedly positioned and oriented magnet secured to another opposing end region of the case. The rotation of the magnet allows the user to re-orient the polarity of the magnetic component to facilitate mechanical and magnetic retention of the desired configuration.
Portable personal storage device
Provided herein are various portable personal storage devices and methods of use of the same. In one aspect, the device includes a housing configured to attach to a surface, the housing comprising: a plurality of predefined cavities configured to removably store a wellness instrument and/or container, each cavity comprising an opening defining said cavity and disposed on an outer surface of the housing; at least one of: a replaceable wellness instrument and/or container; and a housing cover slidably connected to a surface of the housing.
Chair with Cell Phone and Accessory Pouch
A cell phone and accessories pouch is attached or attachable an armrest of a chair. An closeable inboard pouch pocket has a transparent view panel for inboard-only visual access to pocket content due to an opaque outboard surface or outboard pocket. Items fall to the bottom of the inboard pocket in a first instance beneath the armrest due to a depending flap near the armrest. In another instance, depending flap wraps around the armrest, placing the stored cellphone atop the armrest and permitting both visual and through-panel tactile access to the cellphone. The size of the pouch is less than the size of the armrest. Pocket closures include zippers, buttons, snaps, hook and loop cloth or ziploc closures. Pouch mounts for removable attachment include snaps, buttons, toggle bars, screws, nuts and tongue-n-groove. The pouch may be permanently affixed to the chair.
ARM BAND CASE FOR PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An arm band case for portable electronic device is disclosed. The arm band case may be secured to the user with straps and includes a pocket having a transparent window that provides visibility to the touchscreen of the electronic device and a plurality of powered light sources that are configured to illuminate the arm band and thereby provide added visibility to the user when in use. The arm band case is formed of multiple layers that encapsulate the light sources while allowing access to the battery housed therein and while facilitating the transmission and dispersion of light to illuminate the arm band.
Protective modular case for electronic device
A protective case for an electronic device includes an inner liner, a first aperture, a second aperture, and an outer shell. The inner liner receives the electronic device and the first aperture permits access to a touchscreen interface of the electronic device. The second aperture permits optical access to a camera of the installed electronic device. The outer shell includes an attachment mechanism for attaching an accessory. The attachment mechanism includes a receiver channel to slidably receive a rail member of the accessory to removably attach the accessory to the protective case. The receiver channel includes a lip for retaining the rail member in the receiver channel. The attachment mechanism further includes a snap feature having an interference fit with a corresponding snap feature of the rail member to removably lock the rail member into the receiver channel when the rail member is inserted into the receiver channel.
Apparatus and method for venting and sealing a portable communication device
An improved venting and sealing assembly for a portable communication device is provided. The venting and sealing assembly is formed of a housing enclosure having a walled aperture with a bottom surface and an offset through-hole passing therethrough. A flexible substrate having a vent hole is coupled to the housing enclosure across the walled aperture such that the vent hole is offset from the offset through-hole. A breathable membrane is coupled across the vent hole of the flexible substrate. A rigid plate having an opening is coupled to the breathable membrane, the opening of the rigid plate being aligned with the vent hole of the flexible substrate. A closed-loop sealing rib is formed around the vent hole of the flexible substrate and/or upon the bottom surface of the walled aperture of the housing enclosure. The assembly provides a vent path and a self-sealing enclosure.
Phone case with shade
A phone case with shade including an open topped phone case that can removably retain a standard smart phone, a shade member and a shade holding frame. The shade holding frame is attached to the open topped phone case via hinge members. The shade and the frame are capable of retracting into the phone case when not in use. In the preferred embodiment a plurality of flat panels are hingedly connected to each other and capable of being folded and stacked on the underside of the phone case, or unfolded and frictionally held in position so that they shade the phone stored within the phone case.
PROTECTIVE COVER FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A protective cover for an electronic devices includes a protective shell base having an inner surface, an outer surface, and side members. The protective cover also includes a cushioning member configured for cushioning the electronic device when the electronic device is disposed in the protective shell base. The protective cover also includes a first opening configured to align with and expose at least a portion of a capacitance-sensing interactive touch screen display when the electronic device is disposed in the protective shell base. The protective cover also includes a second opening configured to align with a camera feature of the electronic device when the electronic device is disposed in the protective shell base. The protective cover further includes an access port positioned to be proximate an electrical interface of the electronic device when the electronic device is disposed in the protective shell base.
