Provided are multifunctional tools functioning as a cigarette lighter socket adapter, safety hammer and cutter used in a car. The multifunctional tool comprises a body portion, a striking mechanism, means for adapting the electricity from the cigarette lighter socket, and blades disposed in a inner surface of the a hook-shaped structure. The tool can be used as an electricity adapter converting the electricity from the cigarette lighter socket into various outlet ports, such as USB ports or any other types of outlet ports or connectors for electronic devices. The striking mechanism enables the striking member in the tool to be shoot out with a high impact force, breaking objects such as a car window. The blade is used to cut objects such as a seat belt when the user is trapped in a car in an emergency.

A vehicle seat belt fastening device is provided for a seat belt equipped with a strap and a closing mechanism. The seat belt is simultaneously linked to the vehicle floor and able to be linked in a sliding manner to the strap. Thus, the seat belt is suitable for holding the strap in relation to the closing mechanism, and therefore in relation to the vehicle floor. A tool that is able to be attached and removed in relation to the closing mechanism. The tool is also able to be manually manipulated, and to be manually attached and/or manually removed in the attachment and/or removal position thereof from the closing mechanism. A seat belt cutting device comprising a clip portion having a first half portion and a second half portion attached together at a first end by means of a hinge and at a second end by means of a clip and a blade portion extending along the mid section of the first half portion of the clip portion. The clip portion has a cavity with slotted parallel openings on either side to direct the seat belt there through. The blade portion includes a movable blade and a handle attached to the blade to pull the blade. The seat belt cutting device is configured to be mounted on a seat belt of a vehicle for cutting the seat belt following an accident.

An emergency escape kit is described, which includes: an emergency escape punch having an obstacle contact portion configured to be in close contact with an obstacle such as a glass window, and configured to shatter the obstacle by pressurizing a side thereof opposite to the obstacle contact portion located between the obstacle and the side of the emergency escape punch; and a gas mask configured to be couplable to or separable from the emergency escape punch, wherein when the gas mask is coupled to the emergency escape punch, the gas mask shields a portion of the emergency escape punch from an outside of the emergency escape punch, and when gas mask is separated from the emergency escape punch and is brought into close contact with respiratory organ of a user, the gas mask prevents external poisonous gas from flowing into the respiratory organ of the user.

An assistance device for entering and leaving a vehicle includes a handle member for supporting at least part of the weight of the user grasping a handle of the handle member, a striker pin insertion post for extending into the opening of a striker pin in the door frame, for supporting at least part of the weight of a user grasping the handle, and a pair of outrigger side portions extending transversely outwardly of the insertion post, on respective opposite sides of the handle member and insertion post, each having a transverse width greater than a transverse width of the insertion post for impeding entry of the insertion post into the opening of the striker pin when the handle member is outside the plane of the door frame.

An emergency escape method for a vehicle is provided for escaping from the vehicle reliably and safely when, for example, the vehicle employing a laminated glass is submerged or when occupants of the vehicle are trapped within the vehicle because of a traffic accident, by selecting various escape methods that can be taken in an emergency and realize a rational escape method. The emergency escape method is for a vehicle having a laminated glass as a vehicle glass, and includes piercing the laminated glass at a predetermined area, cutting or crushing thereof, and fusing or shaking thereof. After performing one or more of those emergency operations, the laminated glass is pushed outward by pressing the same at a position apart from the operating position. An escaping space is formed between the operating position and an attaching part of the laminated glass, and occupants can escape through the escaping space.

Safety cutting devices for vehicle seat belts include a housing secured to the tang of a seat belt. The devices include blades within the housing that are selectively movable to cut the seat belt in an emergency situation. The devices are always readily available for use in an emergency situation.

A vehicle escape accessory has a body sized and shaped to be receivable within a cup holder compartment in the interior of a vehicle. One or more vehicle escape tools are provided in or on the body. A driver or passenger within a vehicle and in need of escaping the vehicle can remove the body from the cup holder compartment and utilize the vehicle escape tool to facilitate escape from the vehicle. In one version, the vehicle escape tool comprises one or both of a window breaking tool and a seatbelt cutting tool.

Embodiments described herein relate to handle assemblies. In one embodiment, a device includes a primary handle and an auxiliary handle that attaches to the primary handle to form a combined handle. The primary handle includes primary ends, and the auxiliary handle includes auxiliary ends. The device also includes mounting components attached to the primary ends to mount the primary handle to a surface such that when the auxiliary handle is detached from the primary handle, the primary handle remains mounted to the surface. The device further includes one or more tools provided on the auxiliary handle and usable when the auxiliary handle is detached from the primary handle.
