Webbing take-up device
In a webbing take-up device, a cover member is disposed on the inner side of a second peripheral wall of a second housing member. Due thereto, an outer side surface of a third peripheral wall of the cover member and an inner side surface of the second peripheral wall of the second housing member oppose each other in a radial direction of urging, which is a radial direction of rotation of rotational urging force of a flat spiral spring, so displacement of the cover member outward in the radial direction of urging can be suppressed.
INTEGRATED MOTOR RETRACTOR (IMR) WITH MOTION PROFILES
The invention relates to an active restraint system (1), comprising a seat belt retractor (3), having a frame (2) and a belt reel (4) with a belt webbing (10) wound thereon and rotatable supported by the frame (2) for allowing winding and unwinding the belt webbing (10). An electric disc motor (28) comprising a rotor (30) and a stator (32) is attached to the belt reel (4). The rotor (30) is directly attached by an attachment (31) to the belt reel (4). The restraint system further comprises a control unit (40) connected to the disc motor (28) and adapted to control the disc motor (28) to drive the belt reel (4) in accordance with a determined belt motion profile.
Seat belt apparatus
A seat belt apparatus provided in a front door of a vehicle, comprises a retractor provided in the front door and configured to retract a webbing for constraining an occupant so as to be pulled out, a belt anchor provided in the front door and attached with one end of the webbing, and a latch configured to engage the front door to a vehicle body. The latch is provided between the retractor and the belt anchor in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
Rear Facing Seat Mounting Partition Structure
An embodiment rear facing seat mounting partition structure includes a partition assembly configured to mount a rear facing seat that is disposed toward a rear of a vehicle body, the partition assembly including a partition outer portion connected to a center pillar portion of the vehicle body, a partition lower portion configured to be connected to a floor portion of the vehicle body, and a partition inner portion. The structure further includes a pole assembly configured mounted on a roof portion of the vehicle body and the floor portion of the vehicle body and configured to support the partition inner portion of the partition assembly and a partition side assembly connected to the pole assembly and the floor portion of the vehicle body.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes a seat back, a motor, a gear, a take-up device and a pre-tensioner component. The seat back extends in a seat vertical direction and supports the back area of a seat occupant. A seat back frame structures a framework of the seat back. The motor is mounted to an upper portion of the seat back frame. The gear is arranged along the seat back frame adjacent to the motor and transmits driving force from the motor. The take-up device is arranged along the seat back frame adjacent to the gear, and is provided with a spool onto which a webbing is wound. Driving force from the motor is transmitted to the take-up device via the gear. The pre-tensioner component is arranged along the seat back frame adjacent to the take-up device. When activated, the pre-tensioner component forcibly takes up the spool.
PIVOTING SEAT BELT SYSTEM
A pivoting seat belt system includes a seat belt retractor and a seat belt receiver, each of which are pivotably mounted to a head of a bracket that is pivotably mounted to a ROPS located behind an operator seat of a zero turn mower. The head of each bracket restricts the angle of pivoting of the seat belt retractor and seat belt receiver, and a slot in each bracket restricts the angle of pivoting on the ROPS.
Seatbelt retractor
An assembly includes a base. The assembly includes a plate pivotally supported by the base. The assembly includes a seatbelt retractor supported by the plate. The assembly includes a webbing payable from the seatbelt retractor.
RESTRAINT SYSTEM
A restraint system includes a seatback frame, a webbing guide attached to the seatback frame, webbing extending from below the seatback frame through the webbing guide, and a tether attached to the webbing and retractable to the seatback frame above the webbing guide. The restraint system may include a roller coupled to the seatback frame above the webbing guide, and the tether is at least partially wound around the roller.
VEHICLE SEAT BELT RETRACTOR
A seat belt retractor includes a core having an outer surface, a cover having an inner surface facing the outer surface. and a plurality of tubes between the cover and the core. The plurality of tubes is deformable relative to at least one of the core and the cover. Each tube has an outer periphery. The entire periphery of each tube is movable relative to the outer surface and the inner surface.
