COUNTERACT ROTATION OF DRIVE WHEELS OF A VEHICLE BASED ON AN INDICATION OF UNAUTHORIZED USE
A method is provided that includes receiving an indication of unauthorized use of a vehicle that includes a motor to generate torques that are applied to one or more drive wheels to cause the one or more drive wheels to rotate and propel the vehicle. The method includes receiving a sensed input from the one or more sensors. The method includes, based on the indication of the unauthorized use of the vehicle, commanding the motor to generate a torque that is opposite the indicated rotational motion of the one or more drive wheels, with the generated torque applied to the one or more drive wheels to counteract the indicated rotational motion of the one or more drive wheels.
Wheel locking device
A wheel locking device comprising a number of interlocking components that are adapted to receive a wheel (or a wheeled apparatus), and said components can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of wheels of different diameters. The wheel locking device further comprises a rotatable and adjustable bar that is utilized to secure the wheel in place. In further embodiments, the device comprises a lock receiving bore which is adapted to receive a lock.

The overall function of the device is to stop car and wheel theft.

ANTI-THEFT VEHICLE BRAKE
An anti-theft vehicle brake including a lockable restraining hub coupled to a wheel. The lock's default state being engaged and preventing rotation of the wheel. The lock including a solenoid bolt controlled through the communication of authenticating information sent from a transmitter and recognized by a receiver, triggering the disengagement of the bolt from the restraining hub allowing rotation of the wheel.

In one embodiment, the wheel locking or parking brake assembly includes a plate member affixed to a wheel or axle having a plurality of closely spaced holes in a circular configuration or a circumferential flange with a peripheral extension or lug; an electrically powered pin advancing and retracting device; the pin adapted to engage and pass into any of the holes or advance in the path of the extension or lug; electric power supply and electric current polarity reversing device, wherein in operation, the pin remains in either an advanced or retracted position depending on the direction of the current when the electric power was switched off.
