HYPERTHERMIC CONDITIONING CAPSULE
A self-contained, hyperthermic conditioning unit and selectively controllable environment for exercising. The unit comprises a base portion having a bed therein and a removable cover connected to the base portion to enclose a personal compartment within the unit. One or more heating elements provide heat to the personal compartment and one more pieces of physical exercise equipment are provided within the personal compartment.
Climbing exercise apparatus
A climbing exercise apparatus having homolateral and contralateral modes of operation may include a frame supporting generally vertically oriented movable slide members in spaced apart relationship to one another. The slide members may include foot supports secured at lower distal ends thereof and handlebars in adjustable telescopic relationship with the slide members. Handgrips may be rotatably mounted proximate to upper distal ends of the handlebars. The handgrips may be rotatably about a canted axis which is canted relative to a longitudinal axis of the handlebars and selectively locked for the homolateral and contralateral modes operation of the climbing exercise apparatus.

Handgrips may be rotatably mounted proximate to upper distal ends of the handlebars. The machine includes a floor- or ground-contacting base frame and two or more substantially vertically oriented uprights, wherein at least one upright is rigidly connected to the base frame. The machine further includes two handles and two foot pedals, each handle and each foot pedal being movably engaged with an upright for linear reciprocating motion along the upright. The handles and foot pedals are interconnected so that they move concurrently. An adjustable resistance mechanism may be operatively connected to the interconnection of the handles and foot pedals to provide adjustable resistance for the simulated continuous climbing motion.

Elliptical exercise machine

Salmon ladder training device
This disclosure addresses an exercise device adapted to enable the user to perform a salmon ladder exercise. The ladder includes a frame with at least one pair of support protrusions that receive an exercise bar. A bearing surface that receives the shaft of a catch array rotatably mounted in the frame. The device further includes a braking mechanism that applies a variable suppression force to the catch array shaft, the variable suppression adjusting the force required to rotate the catch array shaft in the bearing surface.
