REHABILITATION ASSISTANT SYSTEM FOR PATIENT WITH COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS
A rehabilitation assistant system for patients with cognitive impairments, including an audio stimulation unit, an acupoint stimulation unit, a phototherapeutic unit, an electronic stimulation unit, a display and optical frequency-flashed stimulation unit and a control unit. The audio stimulation unit broadcast a binaural beats with frequency following response, and the acupoint stimulation unit includes several acupoint agents to output physical stimulation to a user. The phototherapeutic unit includes two near-infrared light groups, and the electronic stimulation unit includes two electrical stimulation agents to output physical stimulation to the user. The display and optical frequency-flashed stimulation unit is switchable between a display mode and an optical frequency-flashed stimulation mode, and the control unit simultaneously controls the audio stimulation unit to broadcast the binaural beats with frequency following response so as to improve the rehabilitation efficiency in patients with cognitive impairment.
Solid, Multi-Plastic Handlebar
A solid, multi-plastic handlebar is provided. The handlebar includes an inner substrate component made of a load-bearing, structural plastic material. In one embodiment, the substrate component includes a first set of circumferentially-spaced, longitudinally-extending locking members. The handlebar also includes an outer component overlying the substrate component and made of a plastic material less rigid than the plastic material of the substrate component. The outer component is configured to be gripped by a human hand. The outer component includes a second set of circumferentially-spaced, longitudinally-extending locking members which interlock with the first set of locking members to mechanically lock the substrate component and the outer component together.
Simulated bicycle brake hood attachment
A simulated bicycle brake hood attachment may be attached to handlebars of a stationary bicycle, such as Echelon, Bowflex, Keiser, Schwinn or PELETON® indoor stationary bicycles, and allow the user to mimic real road bike riding positions. The simulated bicycle brake hood attachment includes a base portion for attaching to the handlebars, a post portion extending from the base portion and a head portion a top of the post portion. The post portion and the head portion provide rounded surfaces to allow a comfortable grip and provide a more ergonomic riding position and improve riding comfort.

Upper leg and hip exercise method and device to preserve knee and ankle joint while exercising
The present invention includes an arm; a leg pad; a long rectangle shaped seat; a seat angle fixing unit on the seat, for adjusting the angle between the seat and the leg pad (when viewed from above) according to his/her purpose so that the seat can be adjusted to be perpendicular or parallel to the leg pad when viewed from above; and thus the to the user is allowed to move the exercising leg of the user to the back of the user or perform a motion for stretching his/her back straight from a starting pose at which the user lie down on his/her back placed on the seat, wherein the leg pad is placed above the user's pelvis.
System and method for evaluation, detection, conditioning, and treatment of neurological functioning and conditions
A system and method for evaluation, detection, conditioning, and treatment of neurological functioning and conditions which uses data obtained while a person is engaged in simultaneously in a range of primary physical tasks combined with defined types of associative activity, such as listening, reading, speaking, mathematics, logic puzzles, navigation of a virtual environment, recall of past stimuli, etc. The data from the physical and associative activities are combined to generate a composite functioning score visualization indicating the relative functioning of areas aspects of neurological functioning; including those in which deficiencies may be present, which are early indicators of possible neurological conditions. Through algorithmic recommendations combined with expert and user input, a conditioning regimen targeting neurological aspects of interest paired with periodic testing allows the user to track their progress in these areas over time.

Exercise bike
An exercise bike operable while remaining stationary on a support surface. The exercise bike includes a bicycle frame with a pedal assembly coupled to a clutch mechanism that is movable between an unlocked state in which the pedal assembly drives a wheel in a first rotational direction and rotates relative to the wheel in a second rotational direction, and a locked state in which the pedal assembly is rotationally fixed to the wheel to drive the wheel in the first rotational direction and the second rotational direction, and a handlebar assembly. The handlebar assembly is coupled to the bicycle frame and includes a handlebar and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is moveable between an unlocked position in which the handlebar is allowed to rotate about an axis, and a locked position in which the handlebar is restricted from rotating about the axis. A control module may move the locking mechanism and the clutch mechanism between their respective locked and unlocked states.
AUXILIARY HANDLE ASSEMBY OF EXERCISE BIKES
An auxiliary handle assembly for an exercise bike includes an extension handle, a first clamp, a second clamp, a first positioning unit, a second positioning unit, a grip and a bar end. The auxiliary handle assembly is removably mounted to the handlebar of the exercise bike. The user holds the grip and contacts the bar end to feel like holding a bicycle handlebar.
Exercise Bike
An exercise bike includes a frame, a rotor assembly and a drive assembly mounted on the frame, where the drive assembly is configured to drive rotation of the rotor assembly, and a cover configured to at least partially cover the rotor assembly. The components of the drive assembly and the rotor assembly include structures that improve the performance of the exercise bike, including but not limited to a strong and rigid construction and improvements in belt tracking, user feel, effort consistency, synchronization, and rotor performance.
