RESISTANCE SENSING MECHANISM FOR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
A resistance sensing mechanism includes a resistance adjusting unit including a holder frame, a locating sleeve disposed above the holder frame, an adjustment screw rod rotatably inserted through the locating sleeve and a first screw nut threaded onto a first thread segment of the adjustment screw rod and pivotally connected to the holder frame, and a sensor unit including a linkage pivotally connected to the holder frame, a second screw nut threaded onto a second thread segment of the adjustment screw rod and pivotally connected to the linkage, a sensor mounted at one of the holder frame and the linkage and a sensible member mounted at the other of the holder frame and the linkage to face toward the sensor. Subject to the relative movement between the first and second screw nuts, the holder frame and the linkage relatively biased to change the distance between the sensor and sensible member.
High knees exercise apparatus
A high knees exercise apparatus includes a base, a driving mechanism, a linkage mechanism and two magnetic resistance. The driving mechanism is located on the base and includes two driving member which is driven swung along arc path. The linkage mechanism is for leading the driving members swung reversely in response to each other. The two magnetic resistance devices are for providing magnetic resistances in accordance with swings of the two driving members respectively.

Outdoor fitness resistance mechanism and housing
A resistance mechanism for an exercising device is provided. In one embodiment, the resistance mechanism comprises at least one flywheel. The resistance mechanism may also comprise at least one resistance index wedge configured to engage with the at least one flywheel. The resistance mechanism may also comprise a resistance adjustment mechanism connected to the resistance index wedge and configured to alter a resistance provided to the exercise device by increasing pressure provided by the at least one resistance index wedge to the at least one fly wheel assembly, wherein the resistance mechanism is configured to operate in an outdoor environment.
MOVEMENT PLATFORM FOR BICYCLE TRAINER
A bicycle training system and methods of using the same. The system includes a movement platform that rests on a support surface and supports a bicycle in an upright manner with respect to the support surface. The movement platform includes a support frame having a base and at least one upstanding arm that supportably engages a portion of a frame of the bicycle, a resistance assembly operatively coupled to a portion of a drivetrain of the bicycle that applies varying levels of resistance to the portion of the drivetrain, and a plurality of bushings isolating the base from the support surface. The plurality of bushings are spherical thereby permitting the movement platform to move with respect to the support surface in response to forces applied to the bicycle frame during use of the bicycle training system.
HOCKEY TRAINING APPARATUS
A hockey training apparatus may comprise a backrest that may be interchangeable with a seat. The backrest may support the back of a user during use. A harness may comprising one or two straps connected to the backrest and be used to encircle the waist of the user. The user may pedal and practice puck stickhandling techniques that include moving the puck in front of the frame between a right side and a left side of the hockey training apparatus. The frame of the hockey training apparatus may comprise a back section in contact with a floor and a backrest tube for mounting and supporting a backrest post of the adjustable backrest. The frame may also have a middle section for mounting and supporting the crankset, pedals and axle and a front section in contact with the floor, but preferably without any handles or other structures in front of the user that would interfere with side to side movement of a hockey stick by the user.
BRAKE CONTROLLER FOR SPINNER BIKE
A brake controller for spinner bikes has a frame body engaging a pair of connecting pieces, a shaft engaging a first block through a top end thereof and a second block through a bottom end thereof, and a magnetic encoder that has a PCB with coding circuit for detecting rotation of a magnet disposed under the second block. Thereby the brake controller controls two kinds of braking forces by a single button for spinner bikes.
Exercise system
An exercise system for combining video game play with physical exercise includes an exercise machine that has a pair of handles. A gaming console is attached to the exercise machine. The gaming console is positioned on the handles such that the gaming console is accessible while the exercise machine is utilized. The gaming console stores electronic video games thereby facilitating video game play while exercising.
Methods and apparatus for virtual competition
A system configured to be coupled with a participant of an activity. The system comprises: a participant activity monitoring unit configured for monitoring a performance of the activity by the participant; an activity information module configured for storing performance information corresponding to the activity; and a participant performance correlator configured for delivering comparative performance data based on the monitored performance of the activity by the participant and the stored performance information.
