An engine starting device includes: a portable unit including a transmitting unit capable of transmitting an ID code inherent to a vehicle; a control unit having a substrate on which a receiving unit receiving the ID code, and a determination unit configured to determine whether the received ID code is a pre-registered legitimate ID are formed; a main body part including an operation knob rotationally operated between an off position and an on position, and fixed between a bar-shaped handle and a speed meter of the vehicle; and a regulation unit configured to regulate a rotational operation of the operation knob, and to release a rotation-regulated state of the operation knob on condition that the received ID code is determined as a legitimate ID. The main body part, the control unit and the regulation unit are integrally formed to configure an integral unit.

A lock apparatus includes a bracket, an engagement module, and an actuation module. The engagement module is supported in the bracket and has an engagement member configured to move to a first position or a second position in a first axial direction along the first axial direction. The actuation module is connected to the bracket and includes a pushing member. The actuation module drives the pushing member to move to a first position or a second position in the second axial direction along the second axial direction. When the pushing member is at the first position in the second axial direction, the engagement member is at the first position in the first axial direction. When the pushing member is at the second position in the second axial direction, the engagement member is at the second position in the first axial direction.

A vehicle is equipped with a docking station for a driver's smart device. The smart device displays engine related and other information to the driver while operating the vehicle. An improved enclosed electric motorcycle has an electric motor directly driving the rear wheel with a chain or a belt. By adding a pair of anti-skid wheels, the driver can avoid many accidents. An inflatable safety belt and a pair of side airbags will protect the driver in an accident. If the battery pack explodes, it will be ejected away from the motorcycle to protect the driver. A drive-in electric engaging device enables the driver to drive the motorcycle to engage with a stationary charging station for charging its battery pack while parking.
