Waist fitness apparatus
A waist fitness apparatus includes main body and a resilient cover. The main body has a base pivotally connected with a supporting board through an eccentric unit, and the base is used to distribute the weight of the user, so the main body can be stably disposed on the ground. The present invention is advantageous because the height of the supporting board is higher than the height of the knee height of an average adult, the user does not have to bend the knees when sitting on it to increase the comfortableness. Also, the supporting board can be dragged back to its original position by the cover when it is not in use, so the user does not have to adjust the supporting board.

Also included is a suspension handle that is disposed adjacent to the distal end and a pivotally attached platform attached to the base. Wherein operationally, on the exercise apparatus an individual standing on the platform can simultaneously grasp the suspension handle to initiate a whole body twisting motion via a pivotal movement of the platform situated as between the suspension handle and the pivoting platform with the ability to add a pull up exercise using the suspension handle, wherein the suspension handle provides added stability and support to the individual for effecting a soft skeletal joint vertical support that is variable at will.
WAIST TWISTING APPARATUS
A waist twisting apparatus may include a base, a supporting portion, and a seat. A platform is formed at a top portion of the base, and a central portion of the platform has a first axle hole. The supporting portion vertically formed on the base comprises a main body, and a first edge and a second edge thereof are respectively formed at an inner edge and an outer edge of the main body. The main body is further connected to a first axle rod and a second axle rod respectively, and the first axle rod comprises a first connecting portion while the second axle rod has a second connecting portion. The wheel is pivotally installed at a bottom portion of the main body. The seat has a bottom shell, and a second axle hole is formed at a center bottom portion of the bottom shell.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FOOT AND SHIN EXERCISE
An apparatus having a top member and bottom member with means of attaching an anatomical appendage is disclosed. The anatomical appendage is a shin strap and toe strap. Apart from having a roller mechanism between the top member and bottom member the apparatus also has a side rolling mechanism to accommodate angular motion while using the apparatus during exercise.

A machine for exercising at least a user's abdominal muscles, the machine having a base having front and back ends, an arm lever mounted to the base, a user platform moved by a user and/or by the arm lever, the user platform slidably and pivotably mounted to the base, and a linkage mechanism operatively connecting the arm lever to the user platform so that when the arm lever is moved towards the user platform, the user platform is moved towards the arm lever and a front end of the user platform is moved upwards, pivoting the user platform into an angled configuration, and when the arm lever is moved away from the user platform, the user platform is moved away from the arm lever and the front end of the user platform is moved downwards, pivoting the user platform into a horizontal configuration.
Unstable rowing simulator
Lever-type rowing machine, whose main rigging dimensions meet the corresponding parameters of sweep rowing or sculling boat is mounted to the base frame by using front and rear elastic suspension so that the simulator makes it possible to rotate (tilt) about its transverse and longitudinal axes and move vertically, thus making it possible to simulate the boat swings on the transverse and longitudinal axes and movement in the vertical direction. In addition, the simulator has passive and active stabilization systems, enabling the athlete to maintain a balance, and stiffness of its front and rear suspension and stabilizer system can be adjusted depending on the weight and balancing ability of user. There is also a possibility to constraint the suspension thus ensuring full stability of the simulator and exercise regime, corresponding to the exercising on common rowing machines.
