Systems and methods for physical exercise
Provided herein is an apparatus including a top member configured to couple with an anatomical appendage or a structure thereof; a bottom member rotatably attached to the top member; and a movement-enabling means for enabling the apparatus to move across a surface substantially without interruption, wherein the movement-enabling means comprises a turntable bearing between the top member and the bottom member, and a rolling mechanism about a bottom surface of the bottom member.
PORTABLE ABDOMINAL EXERCISE SEAT
This is an exercise device that sits on the floor used for sit-ups/crunches and core body exercise twists. Handles affixed to the stationary base plate of the device allow user to grasp and pull up body for easier, modified crunches/sit-ups, as well as to turn the body to the right and left on a rotatable seat plate during abdominal twist exercises. The seat of the device rotates on a fixed axis pin or be secured on its perimeter in a manner to still allow rotation. An optional waist/knee strap-belt secured to the stationary base plate allows the user to anchor his body down while exercise allowing greater leverage to lift body weight and/or external weights while and reducing unwanted leg lift. The device also has optional front and lumbar cushion support. The device is small enough to easily carry to gym or on trips.
Portable Exercise System
A portable exercise system having an exercise base and a plurality of accessory assemblies. The base functions as an independent exercise device having at least one perimeter opening to allow for the attachment of various accessories. Accessory assemblies removably attach to the exercise base by way of unique locking features.
Exercise systems and methods
Various implementations of the systems and methods disclosed herein allow a user to build at least a portion of the musculature used for the front crawl stroke and/or offer a platform for practicing and learning proper form for certain exercises, such as, for example, swimming the front crawl stroke. In addition, the devices, systems, and methods disclosed herein may be useful for strengthening overall body tone and aerobic strength. Various implementations include an exercise system that includes an arm movement system and/or a torso movement system. The arm movement system may be provided and/or used independently of the torso movement system. Various implementations of the devices, systems and methods disclosed herein simulate the resistive forces of water encountered by a human body while swimming and allow the user to learn and maintain proper form while strengthening muscles used to counter-act those resistive forces, without the complications of a water environment.

Exercise chair with spin seat
An exercise chair includes a frame and a seat rotatably coupled to the frame. First and second front support members are coupled to the frame in laterally spaced part relation and first and second rear support members are coupled to the frame in laterally spaced part relation, the first and second front support members and the first and second rear support members cooperating to support the frame above a surface.

Agility and strength improvement apparatus
An exercise balance board may have at least a platform for a user supported by a resilient, air-filled partial sphere. It contains features which allow users of any size or fitness level to properly exercise muscle groups. The balance board allows a user to exercise upper and lower muscle extremity groups either individually or simultaneously.
Postural platform training device
Disclosed herein are devices, systems and methods for redistributing the normal weight distribution of a user in a standing position. One example is a postural platform for either the left or right foot having a bottom surface defining a reference plane, a top surface configured as a foot contact surface and a perimeter side wall between the bottom and top surfaces. The top surface of the postural platform is rotated about a first rotational axis parallel to the reference plane and rotated about a second rotational axis orthogonal to the reference plane. In another example, a system includes first and second postural platforms that are independent of one another. In other example, the device is a sandal, shoe, sneaker or any foot covering with a tops surface being at a complex angle to a bottom surface. The top surface is tiled downwardly either to the left or right and turned either counter-clockwise or clockwise based on whether it is a respective left or right postural platform.
