TRAMPOLINE SCOOTER
There is provided a trampoline scooter (10) includes an elongate deck (12) including an upper surface (12a), a convex lower surface (12b), and rounded lateral edges (16) provided between the upper and lower surfaces (12a, 12b) for engaging a trampoline, a head tube (20) connected to the deck (12), and a column (22) disposed through the head tube (20), an upper end of the column (22) extending beyond the head tube (20) for receiving a set of handle bars.
EXERCISE DEVICE AND METHODS
Disclosed is an exercise device having a platform and a roller. The platform has a surface sized and shaped to support a body part of a user and a pair of handles. The roller is coupled to the platform and configured to rotate relative to the platform. The platform is configured to translate in a first direction when the roller rotates in a first direction of rotation and translate in a second direction when the roller rotates in a second direction of rotation.
A TRICK SCOOTER
A trick scooter comprising a base plate, a support member, comprising a first end and a second end, a handle, comprising a first end and a second end, wherein the handle is attached to the second end of the support member. Furthermore, the base plate is manufactured of elastic and flexible material. Such a trick scooter is advantageous as it is lightweight, easy and safe to handle and does not damage the surroundings or cause injury to people nearby.
Platform Stabilisation System and Method
In an exercise system including a platform designed to undergo an inclined or declined precession like movement relative to a ground base, a method of limiting the translational movement of the platform and increasing its general stability, the method including the step of: (a) providing at least one slot and corresponding knob, with the inclined movement of the platform causing the movement of the knob along the slot. The system is particularly suited to bed treatment arrangements.
Movable support for exercise equipment
An exercise arrangement includes a movable support that is movable in a fore-aft direction and simultaneously movable laterally, e.g. about a tilt axis. The support may be a platform movably mounted to a base. A roller and track arrangement may be provided between the platform and the base, to provide movement of the platform in the axial direction relative to the base as well as an axially neutral position of the platform relative to the base. The roller and track arrangement may be in the form of one or more curved roller and track engagement surfaces that extend in the axial direction and that provide a gravity bias of the platform toward the neutral position. The roller and track arrangement may provide tilting movement of the movable platform about the tilt axis. A tilt biasing arrangement biases the platform toward a neutral tilt position relative to the base.
Movable support for exercise equipment
An exercise arrangement includes a movable support that is movable in a fore-aft direction and simultaneously movable laterally, e.g. about a tilt axis. The support may be a platform movably mounted to a base. The user platform pivots with the support post in a horizontal plane parallel to the support surface and pivots on the support post in a vertical plane perpendicular to the horizontal support surface. Resistance elements are provided having one end mounted to the support post and the other end mounted to the base to control the velocity and angle of pivot of the user platform in the horizontal plane. Preferably, a plurality of resistance elements are provided having one end mounted to the base and the other end mounted to the user platform to control the velocity and angle of pivot of the user platform in the vertical plane. In use, the user stands on the user platform and performs exercise motions to propel the user platform to pivot in the horizontal plane and the vertical plane.
