ADJUSTABLE BALANCE BOARD TRAINING SYSTEM
A balance board system, comprising, a rotatable roller, a balance board having a lower surface that sits atop the rotatable roller and reciprocally rides on the rotatable roller, the balance board lower surface having a plurality of attachment points, a plurality of board connectors disposed at the plurality of attachment points, a plurality of stop connectors and a plurality of roller stops coupled to at least two of the plurality of stop connectors, the plurality of roller stops are attachable to the balance board at a respective one of the plurality of attachment points.
EXERCISE DEVICES AND SYSTEMS
An exercise device includes a pivot adjustably positioned at an intermediate point along the length of an elongate support element. One or more lower body supports are mounted on the elongate support element on a first side of the pivot and one or more upper body supports mounted on the elongate support on a second side of the pivot. The device may be used in push up, sit up, inverted pull up or leg raise modes.

BICYCLE TRAINER
A bicycle trainer for removably loading with a bicycle that is at least provided with a back wheel, which bicycle trainer comprises a floorstanding frame with a wheel supporting roller at its rear end and a fork supporting unit at its forward end, wherein the fork supporting unit is pivotally supported by the frame enabling it to move back-and-forth. The fork supporting unit and the frame connect to each other with a hinge enabling back-and-forth movement of the fork supporting unit in a longitudinal direction of the frame, wherein the fork supporting unit is spring-loaded with a spring at or near the hinge to provide the fork supporting unit with a preferential upright position at square angles with the frame so as to arrange that in use whenever the bicycle is moved forward or backward, said bicycle is inclined to return to an average position on the bicycle trainer wherein the fork support unit is perpendicular to the horizon.
Core Roller Twist Exercise Machine
An exercise device that effectively targets and engages the abdominal and core muscles. The device includes a backrest, a first graspable pole, a second graspable pole, a height-adjustable headrest, and a rocking base. The rocking base acts as the supporting structure and includes a first rocker, a second rocker, and a bridge. The first rocker and the second rocker are connected to the bridge on either side. The backrest receives a user's back and is adjacently and pivotably mounted to the bridge, opposite the first rocker and the second rocker. The first graspable pole and the second graspable pole are positioned opposite to each other across the backrest. The first graspable pole and the second graspable pole are each laterally and rotatably mounted to the backrest. The height-adjustable headrest is centrally mounted in between the first graspable pole and the second graspable pole to receive the user's head.

Portable devices for exercising muscles in the ankle, foot, and/or leg, and related methods
A portable exercise device includes a first body and a second body. The exercise device also includes a support structure pivotably connecting the first and second bodies. The support structure is configured to move between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The device also includes a resistance mechanism configured to resist movement of the first and second bodies toward one another when the support structure is in the engaged position. When the support structure is in the engaged position, the first body is positioned substantially parallel to the second body such that in a first open, in-use configuration of the device, the first body has a first neutral position relative to a pivot axis and in a second open, in-use configuration of the device, the second body has a second neutral position relative to the pivot axis.

Balance trainer, mold assembly for making the same, and manufacturing process thereof
A balance trainer having a dome and a base formed integrally is provided. Also, a mold assembly for manufacturing the balance trainer that has a dome mold, a girdle, and a cover is provided. The girdle is sleeved on the dome mold and the cover is fixed on the girdle and thereby a cavity is formed in the mold assembly. Furthermore, a manufacturing process of the balance trainer is also provided. The process has the following steps: preparing ingredients of the dome and the base; feeding the ingredients of the dome into the dome mold; fixing a membrane on the dome mold via the girdle; feeding the ingredients of the base; sealing the ingredients via the cover; and then rotational molding. With the process and the mold, the rotational molding step can mold two materials at the same time, so the product can have two parts with different hardness.
