AEROSOL DISPENSING CAP FOR AUTOMATED INSTALLATION

A device for dispensing pressurized air and/or tire sealant from a pressurized can. The device comprising a cap body, a depressor button with a lock clip, and a hose positioned within the cap body attached to the pressurized can. The lock clip locks the depressor button in the compressed position for ease during use, while a shield element keeps the depressor button in the non-compressed position for safety during non-use. The hose provides an extension to attach to a tire stem valve, while being stored and attached to the cap body of the device.

Tire pressure equalization and inflator

An apparatus and method to equalize the pressure in multiple tires supported by a single axle or strut of an airplane is shown. A control block connects the pressurized gas to a distribution block and meter. From the distribution block high pressure lines and no-loss chuck valves connect the pressurized gas to the multiple tires. Steps to be followed as programmed in the meter include startup, testing, calibration, setup and finalize. A permanent record of the steps in equalizing tire pressures is maintained.

Valve-coupler actuating system
10760708 · 2020-09-01 ·

A valve-coupler system has a lever that extends under a length axis of the valve body to enable one-handed operation. The valve-coupler body has an opening that is configured over a valve stem and a seal actuator having a lever that can be rotated about a pivot with a single hand to create a seal around the valve stem. Additionally, a valve-coupler may have a gas inlet valve that can be activated by the same single hand to open the valve and allow gas to flow into the valve stem. The inlet valve may be configured in line with the lever whereby the inlet valve is opened when the lever is rotated about the pivot to contact the inlet valve. The inlet valve may be configured on the valve body for manipulation by a user's finger or thumb. The inlet valve may be on the top of the valve body.

Inflator with reflective housing

A portable inflator includes a housing having or including a compressor. The housing may also contain or include a handle and stand. The housing has an outer surface at least in part formed or constructed of a light reflective material. Suitable light reflective materials can include reflective plastic materials or the like.

Tire inflation pressure control device
10683944 · 2020-06-16 ·

A tire inflation pressure control device of this disclosure may be a handheld device temporarily connected to a valve stem of a tire and used to check, add, or reduce pressure as needed. One or more ports of the device may share these functions. In other embodiments, the device may be attached to a rim of the tire and include a toroidal-shaped pressure chamber. Pressure may be increased using an installed pressurizer or one that is temporarily connected when needed. In some embodiments, the pressurizer is a CO.sub.2, nitrogen, or nitrogen/argon gas cartridge. Likewise, a pressure gauge may be installed or temporally connected when needed, and used at the same time as the pressurizer.

DEVICE FOR INFLATING A TIRE

The invention is directed to a device for inflating a tire that includes a housing with at least one first connection port and at least one second connection port. The second connection port includes connecting means to interconnect the device with a pressure tank. The first connection port is fluidically connected to the second connection port by means of a fluid passage. Furthermore the device comprises a first valve. When a pressure tank is connected to the second connection port and when the first valve is in a closed state, the first valve is suited to prevent air from flowing from inside of the pressure tank out of the first connection port. When the first valve is in an open state, it is suited to allow passage of air from inside of the pressure tank through the fluid passage to the first connection port. The device further includes a second valve that is connectable to an inflator for pressurizing the tank.

Moisture condensate separator and method of use thereof
10634128 · 2020-04-28 · ·

A moisture condensate separator for use with an air compressor and a pneumatic machine includes a body, a separation assembly, and a valve assembly. The body may define an interior chamber including a condensate accumulation zone, a compressor supply inlet, a machine supply outlet, a cylinder, an auxiliary inlet, and a drain hole. The separation assembly may be located in the interior chamber and fluidly communicated with the compressor supply inlet and the machine supply outlet so as to accumulate moisture condensate in the accumulation zone. The valve assembly may include a piston movable between an open and closed position. A biasing member may bias the piston toward the closed position. Auxiliary pressure provided through the auxiliary inlet may act on the piston and move the piston to the open position, thereby allowing the accumulated moisture condensate to drain.

Valve assembly for a tire pressure management system

A valve assembly for a tire pressure management system includes a housing having a first perforation and a second perforation. The first perforation is selectively in fluid communication with the second perforation. A shuttle assembly is provided in the housing. A failsafe piston is connected to the shuttle assembly. A first biasing member applies a bias to the failsafe piston. A second biasing member applies a bias to the shuttle assembly. When a pressure differential between a pressure in the second perforation and a pressure in the first perforation is at or below a predetermined value, the bias applied by the first biasing member urges the failsafe piston toward the shuttle assembly to prevent fluid communication between the first perforation and the second perforation.
