Stabilizer to Support an Object
A stabilizer to support an object. The stabilizer includes a beam with a contact surface to contact against the object. The stabilizer also includes legs that extend from the beam and contact against a floor. The beam is divided into two sections that are connected together with a bracket. The two-piece beam provides for the stabilizer to fold together in a closed orientation to facilitate storage.
LEANING CONTROL SCHEME FOR A FIRE APPARATUS
A vehicle includes a chassis, an implement assembly coupled to the chassis, a stability system coupled to the chassis, and a control system. The stability system includes extendable components that selectively engage a ground surface. The control system is configured to control the stability system to level the vehicle and enable the stability system to lean the vehicle when an operational capability of the implement assembly is at a limit thereof while the vehicle is level to effectively improve the operational capability relative to when the vehicle is level.
TRAILER STABILIZATION AND RESTRAINT
A parked freight trailer stabilizer and restraint comprising: (a) a kingpin receiver configured to lock onto a kingpin of a parked freight trailer; (b) a jack operatively coupled to the kingpin receiver, the jack repositionable between a retracted position and an extended position; (c) a tail hold operatively coupled to the kingpin receiver, the tail hold repositionable between a stowed position and a restraining position, the tail hold configured to engage a ground mount; and, (d) a transport receiver configured to engage a transport vehicle.

Stability system for a fire apparatus
A vehicle includes a chassis, a front axle coupled to the chassis, a rear axle coupled to the chassis, and a stability system. The stability system includes a pair of front downriggers coupled to the chassis forward of the front axle and an outrigger assembly coupled to the chassis between the front axle and the rear axle. The outrigger assembly includes a pair of outriggers that are selectively extendable laterally outward at an angle relative to a horizontal.

Automated vehicle jack
An automated vehicle jack includes an upper plate and a lower plate with a lifting mechanism disposed therebetween. The upper plate is fixedly attached to a lower side of the vehicle chassis, near each of the front and rear tires. The lifting mechanism is a scissor jack formed of a pair of upper arms pivotally connected to the upper plate and a pair of lower arms pivotally coupled with the lower plate. A motorized drive screw operates the lifting mechanism upon receipt of a predetermined command from a control panel in the vehicle passenger compartment or a portable electronic device.

MULTISTAGE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR
A landing gear system including a landing gear actuator assembly arranged to selectably provide an increased torque output to a cross-shaft adaptor rotationally coupled to a cross-shaft of a trailer landing gear assembly. A rotational engagement mechanism is arranged to, in response to a remote signal, shift a rotational engagement mechanism to selectably couple the cross-shaft adaptor with a light gear set or selectably couple the cross-shaft adaptor with a a heavy gear set.
