Exercise Machine Support System
An exercise machine support system for providing increased versatility including inclination or declination of an exercise surface, a reduction in the overall length and width of the exercise machine, and an enhanced user interface which reduces the risk of injury. The exercise machine support system generally includes a cantilevered exercise machine which is adapted to have a variable angle of incline or decline with respect to a horizontal ground surface. The exercise machine will generally include a base and a support which extends between the base and the exercise machine. The upper end of the support is connected to the exercise machine by a first pivot such that the exercise machine pivots about the support. An adjustment device may be utilized to pivot the exercise machine and thus adjust its angle of incline. Various types of adjustment devices are disclosed, including an actuator, ratchet-and-pawl, gears, and cam.
Rail system in pilates exercise devices
The exercise device of the invention includes a rail carrier body, at least one fixed body in contact with the rail carrier body, at least one rail located on the rail carrier body, at least one movable body located on the rail, at least one adjusting rod located on the upper portion of the movable body and at least one transmission bar which is in contact with the adjusting rod and transmits the rotary motion on the adjusting rod to the fixing pin or rail.
Workout station
Exemplary embodiments of a workout station and methods of using the workout station are provided.
Device for reducing anterior pelvic tilt and a method for its use
An exercise device and a method for its use to aid in the correction of Anterior pelvic tilt. A base has an upper support and a lower support. The base device is strapped around a user's stomach and connected to a rope. The rope passes through the user's legs and is attached to a weight holder behind the user. As the user walks forward, the weight holder is dragged along the floor and the force of the weights on the weight holder pressed the base against the user's stomach and aids in proper alignment of the pelvic region.
PORTABLE ELLIPTICAL EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device comprises a base and a rotation assembly movably attached to the base. The rotation assembly comprises an exercise interface assembly comprising at least one exercise support portion configured to be moved by a user, a crank assembly comprising at least one crank rotatably attached to the at least one exercise support portion and configured to be rotated about a crank rotational axis by the at least one exercise support portion, and a flywheel assembly comprising a flywheel configured to be rotated about a flywheel rotational axis due to rotation of the at least one crank. The crank rotational axis and the flywheel rotational axis are substantially perpendicular to each other.
MOTORIZED PILATES REFORMER SYSTEM
In one aspect of the disclosure, a motorized Pilates reformer system may include a frame, a carriage configured to slide along the frame, springs attached to the carriage, attachment mechanisms attached to the frame, spring motors attached to the frame, a footbar rotatably attached to the frame, and a footbar motor attached to the frame. The spring motors may be configured to cause the attachment mechanisms to each alternate between attaching one of the springs to the frame and detaching the spring from the frame. The footbar motor may be configured to rotate the footbar with respect to the frame between multiple footbar positions.
Modular floor exercise assembly
A modular floor exercise assembly for performing floor exercises includes a plurality of floor supports that is each removably attachable together to form a bridge-like structure that can be positioned on a support surface. A pair of cross members is each removably attachable between a respective pair of the floor supports. A handle unit is removably attachable to the cross members when the cross members are attached to the floor supports. Thus, the handle unit can be gripped by a user thereby facilitating the user to perform floor exercises such as a pushup. The handle unit is slidable along each of the cross members to facilitate the user to perform the floor exercises at a variety of different angles with respect to the support surface.
Exercise Machine
An exercise machine with a slidable carriage and accessories providing for a plurality of exerciser positioning surfaces and gripping handles. The exercise machine generally includes one or more lifting handles for raising or lowering either end of the exercise machine with respect to a ground surface. The exercise machine may also include a plurality of wheels each including a ridge adapted to engage with a corresponding groove in a track of the exercise machine. The exercise machine may also include a handle including a pair of arms which are positioned at a distance just greater than a width of the carriage.
