Exercise roller
An exercise roller includes an elongated bar having grip handles arranged at opposing axial ends of the elongated bar, a cylindrical core supported by the elongated bar between the grip handles, and a cover that surrounds the cylindrical core and is formed of a material having a repeating pattern.
Abdomen balls natural weight
“Abstract Balls” is a new product that allow an individual to engage in an effective abdominal workout while walking or running. A fitness enthusiast would simply grasp the balls on the ends of the bar and walk or run in the conventional manner. While holding the unit, the person's arms would move from side to side, opposed to moving back and forth alongside his body. This would cause him to turn his or her abdomen and torso slightly to the left and right, which would isolate and target the muscles in the abdominal region and core. Of course, since the user would be walking or running while using the “Abdomen Balls” his or her heart, metabolic, and circulation rates would all increase, which would help him or her burn calories. Of course, using “Abdomen Balls” as part of a consistent fitness regimen would help an individual develop a slimmer abdominal region and lose weight. This could lead to lower cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, and a healthier overall lifestyle. It would also result in a more defined abdominal region. In turn, this would result in a more attractive appearance, which improves and individual's self-esteem and overall outlook on life. Since “Abdomen Balls” would help improve abdominal/core strength, it would also improve performance in a wide range of sports and fitness activities. In addition, “Abdomen Balls” would be easy to use and ideal for individuals who were just beginning a fitness program. It would allow individuals to begin exercising at a slow pace, which would not only allow for consistent results when starting a fitness program but would also prevent injuries that could slow an individuals's progress and discourage him or her from continuing an exercise program. Such a product would also eliminate the need for an individual to perform abdominal exercises such as sit-ups and crunches. This would prevent stress and strain on the lower back, which would enhance comfort and could prevent injuries.
ABDONIMAL EXERCISE DEVICE WITH TETHER ASSEMBLY FOR CONNECTION TO A RESISTANCE ASSEMBLY
The invention provides an exercise device used by a person to perform abdominal exercises, where the device comprises a weighted ball designed such that the user U can “single-hand drive” the ball through both the concentric portion and eccentric portion of the exercise movement without experiencing unwanted twisting motion of the ball while it is being held during performance of the abdominal exercises. A tether assembly includes a first tether segment and a second tether segment, both being affixed to an outer surface of the ball by a top connector assembly and a bottom connector assembly to define a first and second gaps. The top and bottom connectors reside along a connector axis that extends through the center of the ball. A first coupler extends from the first tether segment for operable connection to a resistance assembly. A second coupler extends from the second tether segment for operable connection to the resistance assembly. The first and second couplers are in an opposed positional relationship and are oriented 90 degrees from each of the top connector assembly and the bottom connector assembly.
Belt-based system for exercising muscles
Systems and methods are presented for performing exercises to strengthen, e.g., the transversus abdominis and related muscles. The systems and methods may involve one or more independent belts, allowing a full range of continuous motion. The systems and methods may further use a resistance-control mechanism that allows a user to adjust the force required to move the one or more belts, thereby controlling the rate of motion in the forward and/or backward directions. The systems and methods may further use a unidirectional resistance mechanism that allows the user to increase the resistance of the one or more belts in one direction, while allowing the one or more belts to move freely in the other direction.
Ball chair
A ball chair may comprise a chair frame, a ball body and an adjusting unit. The chair frame has a connecting base and a legs base, and a supporting column formed therebetween is configured to achieve a telescopic action thereby adjusting a height of the ball chair. The connecting base is formed in a concave shape to form a housing space therein, and an annular frame is formed at an upper end of the connecting base. The ball body is configured to be coupled on the connecting base of the chair frame, and the annular frame is configured to couple with an outer periphery of the ball body thereby limiting a position thereof. As a result, the ball chair is suitable for different statures of users and enables the users to sit thereon for training or rehabilitation.

Exercise apparatus for performing a gluteal bridge movement
The present disclosure provides an exercise apparatus designed to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge, typically with resistance, to improve the strength of the user's posterior hip and gluteal muscles. The exercise apparatus is configurable for use in different environments—in a gym, fitness center or training facility, a spa or studio, or a home gym. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly, a bench assembly, and a resistance assembly. The bench assembly is pivotally connected to the frame assembly to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when the user performs the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly is operably connected to the bench assembly and provides a resistance force that the user overcomes in order to pivotally move the bench through the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly can include a cable, pulley and weight stack, or an elastically deformable band.
Core Training Device and Method
The present invention provides an exercise device (100) for exercising core muscles of a user’s torso. The exercise device comprises a frame (110), configured to be supported by the user and a radially outwardly facing channel (130;
Adjustable resistance band and method of use thereof
An adjustable resistance band for exercise or physical therapy apparatus including a webbing hook component, strap and slots with openings for adjustability in which the band is easily secured around the user's legs or torso by placing the webbing hook in one of the loop openings.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device is described which includes a platform having a first end and a second end opposite the first end; first and second wheels, wherein the first wheel is positioned proximate the first end and the second wheel is positioned proximate the second end and the first and second wheels are configured to roll across a surface as the exercise device is displaced along the surface; a first motor configured to apply a first torque to the first wheel where the magnitude of the first torque is related to the distance of the exercise device from a zero position and the direction of the first torque urges movement of the exercise device toward the zero position. Versions are also described with more wheels and more motors.
