Therapeutic stretching device for the jaw and surrounding musculature
10569128 · 2020-02-25 · ·

A wedge-shaped therapeutic stretching device for the jaw generally having three sides (first, second and third), the three sides connected to each other to create the wedge shape. At the corner of two of the three sides is a stop that can rest on a user's lower teeth. On an opposing side of the stop is the second side of the stretching device, on which a plurality of steps is formed. A user's upper teeth can be placed on one of the steps. As the user's jaw flexibility increases, a user can move up in steps, thereby increasing distance between upper/lower jaw and allowing the jaw to stretch providing therapeutic relief.

Fitness set

A fitness set for the practice of fitness, sport, rehabilitation or physiotherapy exercises may include at least one weight, at least one shoe support for fastening the weight to a shoe of a user, and at least one body support for fastening the weight to the body of a user, the weight having a first releasable binding element and the shoe support and the body support having at least one second releasable binding element matching the first releasable binding element of the weight, configured so that that the weight may be releasably attached to the shoe support or to the body support. Methods for fitness training are also provided.

Exercise Systems and Methods

An exercise system comprising an extension section and a base section. The base section comprises a support assembly, a sleeve assembly, and a resilient member. The resilient member is arranged to resiliently oppose movement of the sleeve assembly in a compression direction relative to the support assembly. The extension section is detachably attachable to the sleeve assembly. The exercise system is operated in at least first and second configurations. In the first configuration, the extension section is detached from the sleeve assembly. In the second configuration, the extension section is detachably attached to the sleeve assembly such that the resilient member resiliently opposes movement of the sleeve assembly relative to the support assembly in the compression direction.

NECK STRENGTHENING DEVICE
20240033565 · 2024-02-01 ·

Devices and methods are described to aid in neck strengthening. Embodiments of devices described have a lever arm extending outward from the user's chin area, the lever arm having attachment points so that an external load force can be applied such that the user, when counteracting the load force will pull their head backwards at the same time as moving their chin downwards which will, in turn strengthen the neck. The action will strengthen the neck in such a way as to reduce forward head posture and the negative effects of the same.

DEVICE FOR FACIAL AND NECK MUSCLES STIMULATION
20240082632 · 2024-03-14 ·

A device configured to exercise facial and neck muscles and related methods are provided. The device operates by applying static and/or dynamic external forces to the muscles of the modiolus area of the face and related ligaments. The device includes a pair of bars that may be connected by a rotatory connection or by an expandable horizontal connection, each having a proximal and distal end. The proximal end of each bar includes a modiolus holder. The modiolus holders are shaped to partially fit within the user's mouth, and when fit to the modiolus area by the separation of the bars, brings the modiolus holders in tight contact with the modiolus area. This movement secures the insertions of the muscles attached at the modiolus, allowing these muscles to be stretched, therefore creating resistance to their contractions.

DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING THE HEAD OF A PERSON AND COMBINATION OF A TRAINING APPARATUS AND A DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING THE HEAD OF A PERSON
20240058640 · 2024-02-22 · ·

A device for supporting the head of a person, having at least two lips that are placed around a first main axis and around a second main axis oriented perpendicular to the first main axis and that form, together with at least one securing system, a closed curve with a hollow space formed therein for supporting the person's head. The securing system can be designed, by matching a circumference of the curve, to form a homogeneously acting positive engagement or frictional engagement between the lips and the person's head. Also, a combination of a training apparatus and a device for supporting the head of a person is provided.
