Brake unit for a vehicle and vehicle having such a brake unit
A brake unit for a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, has a brake cylinder, a brake piston and a device for adjusting a clearance. The latter has two first stops that strike against each other when the brake unit is opened. One of the first stops is formed on a blocking element that is functionally connected to the brake piston. In order to be able to open the brake unit beyond the clearance, a blocking member is in engagement with the blocking element under the force of a pre-stressing spring. The blocking element is blocked by the blocking member when the first stops strike. Actuators displace the blocking member that is in engagement with the blocking element counter to a force of the pre-stressing spring into a position detached from the blocking element.
Vehicle braking system comprising a parking brake indicator device and vehicle provided with such a braking system
A braking system for a vehicle includes an indicator device provided to reliably indicate a state of a parking brake of the system, while being simple, convenient, and economical. The system includes a body that delimits a service brake pressure chamber and/or a parking brake pressure chamber, a parking brake movable relative to the body, an unlocking part for unlocking the parking brake connected to the parking brake pressure chamber and accessible from outside the body, and a parking brake indicator device. The indicator device is configured to receive a position of the unlocking part via a state pipe and an indicator of supply and/or the venting of the service brake pressure chamber and/or of the parking brake pressure chamber. This information is processed in to detect and indicate an engaged state or a disengaged state of the parking brake.
Vehicle braking system comprising a service brake indicator device and vehicle provided with such a system
A vehicle braking system includes brakes, a body, a braking linkage, a service brake comprising a braking piston movable relative to the body to act on the braking linkage and delimiting a service brake pressure chamber to place the braking piston in a service braking position. A parking brake acts on the braking piston and has a working configuration and a resting configuration. The parking brake includes a blocking device movable relative to the body to act on the braking piston and having a first position and a second position in which the blocking device is configured to immobilize the braking piston in a service braking position. A control device is movable relative to the body and has a locking position to hold the blocking device in the second position. A service brake indicator device receives information representing supply and/or venting of the service brake pressure chamber.

Electromechanical brake device
An electromechanical brake device has a brake caliper and a pressure piston mounted in the brake caliper such that it can move in a clamping direction, wherein the brake device has an electromechanical clamping device, wherein the clamping device is supported, on one side, on the pressure piston and is designed to apply to the pressure piston a force acting in the clamping direction. It is provided that the brake device has at least one hydraulically sealed, fluid-filled cavity, wherein the clamping device is supported, on the other side, indirectly on the brake caliper via the fluid-filled cavity, and wherein a pressure sensor is hydraulically connected to the fluid-filled cavity and is designed to calculate the fluid pressure inside the fluid-filled cavity.
Control mechanism for a rail system, rail system provided with such a mechanism and rail vehicle provided with such a system
The invention relates to a control mechanism (105) configured to equip a rail system and including a casing (106) from which a control rod (109) projects, configured to be mechanically and securely connected to a control cable (107) actuatable at a distance from or in proximity to the casing, a plate (115) mechanically connected to the casing and from which the control rod projects, and a locking/unlocking device (135) positioned in a recess (124) provided in the plate and having a stable position, the control mechanism being configured so that, when the control cable is mechanically connected to the control rod, the locking/unlocking device is elastically moved away from its stable position to allow the partial introduction of the control cable in the plate as far as a position in which the control cable is mechanically and securely connected to the control rod.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR MANUALLY RELEASING A PARKING BRAKE
A locking device configured to manually release a parking brake in a brake actuator for rail vehicles, the locking device including a spindle drive including a teething; a locking element engaging the teething of the spindle drive and switching a rotating movement and thus an axial force transmission of a parking brake on or off; and at least one contact damping element configured to dampen or prevent a contact of the locking element.
