A smart mirror can show live or recorded streaming video of an instructor performing a workout in a package that is attractive and unobtrusive enough to hang in a living room. The smart mirror includes a mirror surface with a fully reflecting section and a partially reflecting section. A display behind the partially reflecting section shows the video when the smart mirror is on and is almost invisible when the smart mirror is off. The smart mirror also has a speaker, a microphone, and a camera to enable a user to view the video content and interact with the instructor. The smart mirror may connect to the user's smart phone, a peripheral device (e.g., a Bluetooth speaker) to augment user experience, a biometric sensor to provide biometric data to assess user performance, and/or a network router to connect the smart mirror to a content provider, an instructor, and/or other users.

WEIGHTED APPAREL SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USE IN PERSONAL FITNESS
A system for use in personal fitness can include: an article of clothing configured to be worn by a user during a personal fitness session, the article of clothing having a fabric layer and at least one weighted portion formed by either or both polyurethane (PU) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) printed on the fabric layer; an electronic device having a processor; and a communication unit integrated with the article of clothing and configured to interact with the electronic device, wherein the communication unit includes a near field communication (NFC) device or a QR code, and further wherein the processor is configured to launch a personal fitness application responsive to the user interacting with the NFC device or QR code.
METHOD, DEVICE, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM FOR ARRANGING EXERCISE INTENSITY
Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method, a device, and a computer-readable storage medium for arranging exercise intensity. The method includes: obtaining a user’s personal information and an exercise session, where the exercise session corresponds to an exercise fatigue; and providing a recommended exercise intensity for the exercise session based on at least the personal information and the exercise fatigue.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND MACHINE LEARNING AND GENERIC RISK FACTORS TO IMPROVE CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH SUCH THAT THE NEED FOR ADDITIONAL CARDIAC INTERVENTIONS IS MITIGATED
A computer-implemented system may include an electromechanical machine configured to be manipulated by a user while the user performs a treatment plan, an interface comprising a display configured to present information associated with the treatment plan, and a processing device configured to receive, from one or more data sources, information associated with the user, wherein the information comprises one or more risk factors associated with a cardiac condition or a cardiac outcome, generate, using one or more trained machine learning models, the treatment plan for the user, wherein the treatment plan is generated based on the information associated with the user, and the treatment plan comprises one or more exercises associated with managing the one or more risk factors in order to reduce a probability of a cardiac intervention for the user, and transmit the treatment plan to cause the electromechanical machine to implement the one or more exercises.
Exercise assisting device and exercise assisting method
An exercise assisting device and exercise assisting method are provided. The device performs the following operations: transmitting a first control signal, the first control signal is related to a motion demonstration video corresponding to an exercise course data; receiving a video stream of a user; analyzing the video stream to generate a motion recognition result corresponding to the exercise course data of the user, and determining whether a motion target value is achieved according to the motion recognition result and the exercise course data; and when the motion target value is not achieved, the motion recognition result and the motion target value are input into an expert suggestion model to generate a follow-up motion suggestion and to determine a follow-up motion demonstration video corresponding to the follow-up motion suggestion.
WEARABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR STAMINA DETERMINATION AND PREDICTION
An electronic device for measuring parameters related to activities of a user and determining stamina of the user are disclosed herein. A stamina potential metric may be determined from long-term activities that reduce and rebuild stamina potential. A stamina left metric may be determined. The stamina left metric is indicative of short-term work that the user can perform during a workout. The electronic device may track the stamina potential and the stamina left of the user as well as the various parameters associated with the activities performed by the user and track and update the user’s performance metrics. Furthermore, the device may compare a determined amount of stamina required to perform activities with the stamina potential of the user and recommend activities.
Adaptive athletic activity prescription systems
Systems and methods for prescribing athletic activity to be performed by a user, and for adapting the prescribed athletic activity based on completed (e.g. ongoing) athletic performances by the user. A coaching plan may be automatically created that prescribes personalized athletic activities as a user trains towards a goal date. The athletic information may be received from one or more sensor devices associated with a user, and the coaching plan may be continuously or intermittently updated based on the received sensor data.
Training plans and workout coaching for activity tracking system
A method of providing workout training for a user of an activity tracking system includes displaying a plurality of training plan options to the user on a screen of a personal electronic device, and then receiving a selected training plan option from the user. Selected workout day options are received from the user and the system generates a training schedule for the user based on the selected training plan and the selected workout day options. One or more reminders identify the type of workout for the scheduled day and an option to accept or reject the workout. When the user selects the option to accept the workout, the workout goal associated with the scheduled workout is displayed. The method further includes determining progress toward the workout goal based on the received workout data, and displaying an indicator of progress toward the workout goal on the screen during the workout.
