Shift control method for hybrid vehicle with DCT
Disclosed herein is a technique for improving drivability of a vehicle by controlling the driving of the vehicle by a double clutch when the clutch of a double clutch transmission (DCT) is overheated. There is provided a shift control method for a hybrid vehicle with a DCT. In particular, where it is desired to perform shifting when one of clutches of the DCT is overheated, double-clutch shifting is performed using a non-overheated clutch and an engine clutch without using the overheated clutch, thereby reducing disharmonic shifting in virtue of a small difference in gear ratio during shifting and improving shifting and driving performance.
VEHICLE CONTROLLER
A vehicle controller is applied to a vehicle having an engine, a transmission, a clutch connecting and disconnecting a crankshaft of the engine and an input shaft of the transmission to each other, a vehicle wheel connected to a drive axle of the transmission, and an electric motor disposed to be capable of transmitting torque to the crankshaft The vehicle controller controls driving of the electric motor such that a rotation speed of the engine is reduced when an operation state of the engine shifts from operation to stop. The vehicle controller controls rotation of the crankshaft so as to avoid coincidence between a crank angle and a top dead center angle of the engine in a vibration amplification region amplifying an amplitude of vibration generated when the operation state of the engine shifts to the stop.
Vehicle controlling device
A vehicle controlling device has a frictional engagement element provided between a drive motor and a driving wheel; a shifting unit capable of selecting a travel range or a non-travel range; first obtaining unit configured to, during selection of the travel range, obtain a first parameter including at least a first motor torque value that is a torque value of the drive motor; second obtaining unit configured to, during selection of the non-travel range, obtain a second parameter including at least a second motor torque value that is a torque value of the drive motor; and operating unit configured to, on the basis of the first and second parameters, calculate a zero point hydraulic pressure command value at which the frictional engagement element starts to generate a torque capacity. It is therefore possible to detect a zero point of a clutch between the drive motor and the driving wheel.
Hydraulic control device for drive power distribution device
To provide a device to facilitate protection of a clutch while minimizing degradation of the torque transmission performance. A hydraulic clutch for drive power distribution is provided between a drive power source and auxiliary driving wheels, and a commanded torque is determined depending on the travel situation. The hydraulic pressure corresponding to the commanded torque is supplied to the hydraulic clutch. The surface temperature of the clutch is estimated (detected). The device generates a limiting value to limit the commanded torque when the difference in rotation between input and output shafts of the clutch is not less than a predetermined threshold and the commanded torque is not less than a predetermined value and performs control so as to increase the limiting value with an increase in the surface temperature of the clutch.
VEHICLE
Provided is a vehicle in which an internal combustion engine can be suitably assisted by a rotating electrical machine. The vehicle is provided with an internal combustion engine, a rotating electrical machine, a transmission, a clutch placed between the transmission and the combination of the internal combustion engine and rotating electrical machine, and a motive power control device that controls the motive power of the internal combustion engine and the rotating electrical machine. The motive power control device calculates additional motive power for the rotating electrical machine on the basis of the difference between the motive-power-transmitting capacity of the clutch and the motive power of the internal combustion engine.
