Wearable device
A wearable device is provided. A wearable device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body unit comprising at least one function module; a wearing unit that has a predetermined length and is connected to the body unit such that the body unit remains worn on the user's face; and at least one flexible battery embedded in the wearing unit so as to provide the body unit with power such that the function module can be driven.
Underwater mask
A diving mask includes a facial body and at least one transparent element which enables viewing and is adapted to overlap the eye area, made by co-molding at least two different thermoplastic elastomers, the transparent element being made from a thermoplastic elastomer provided with a relatively greater degree of hardness, the facial body being made from a thermoplastic elastomer provided with a relatively lower degree of hardness.
Image processing device and image processing system
There is provided an image processing device to enable a user to experience a VR space in a floating state, the image processing device including: a wall configured to form a water storage space; and an image generating unit configured to generate a stereoscopic view image to be displayed on the wall toward an inside of the water storage space.
Wireless metric calculating and feedback apparatus, system, and method
A wearable computing device that is secured or attached to a resilient strap, the resilient strap sized to fit around at least a part of a circumference of a human head. The device has a waterproof storage volume housing a plurality of sensors. The wearable computing device may calculate a plurality of swimming metrics based at least partly on data received from the at least one sensor. The wearable computing device may include a wireless communication subsystem secured to the resilient strap within the waterproof storage volume and may transmit at least one of the calculated plurality of swimming metrics to at least one computing device via the wireless communication subsystem. The wearable computing device may include at least one user output component and may present an indication of at least one of the calculated plurality of swimming metrics at the at least one user output component for communication to the user. The indication may be audio played in an ear piece connected to the strap, or may be visually displayed on a display in an eye goggle portion of the strap.
ELECTRONIC SPECTACLES
The invention relates to spectacles, system and methods for visibility enhancement by glare suppression. The spectacles, system and methods for visibility enhancement by glare suppression includes a spectacle lens having a liquid crystal cell (LC) the transmission (TR) of which can be switched between transmitting and blocking. Furthermore, the spectacles comprise an eye tracker (ET) which can detect the viewing direction of the eye. spectacles, system and methods further include at least one sensor (IL, IR) for measuring the brightness of the visible light incident on it, said sensor being arranged on the eye side of the spectacle lens and measuring the brightness entering through the at least one spectacle lens in a spatially resolved manner. The sensor can determine the brightness of the visible light incident on it from the viewing direction of the eye detected by the eye tracker. The spectacles, methods and systems also have a closed loop control system for controlling the transmission of the liquid crystal cell, a desired value for the brightness at the level of the eye being predetermined, and the closed loop system using the brightness measured by the sensor in the viewing direction of the eye as the actual value.
ADJUSTABLE EYEWEAR RESTRAINTS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS
An adjustable eyewear restraint comprises a first strap having a first adjustment end and a first eyewear coupling end, and a second strap having a second adjustment end and a second eyewear coupling end. The straps are slidably and frictionally engageable to one another to allow adjustment of a length of the restraint by moving adjustment ends of the straps relative to each other. The straps can be slidably interwoven to each other about opening(s) of respective adjustment ends. The opening(s) slidably receive an opposing strap. A strap has a loop, coupleable to eyewear, that comprises first and second edges attached together to form an attachment portion substantially in-line with the first edge. A frictional element is frictionally and slidably coupleable to an earpiece to retain the loop and allow adjustment of a length of an eyewear retainer. Associated systems and methods are provided.
Devices and methods for contacting living tissue
The present invention provides materials and methods for forming an interface between an appliance and living tissue using a foamed elastomeric material which contacts the tissue or similar surfaces. The elastomeric material is in the form of a durable and washable material that when applied to living tissue or similar surfaces displaces and flows in to non-conforming areas creating an air and/or water tight seal that substantially returns to an original shape when removed from the contact surface. The appliance may also include structural elements designed to optimize comfort, compliance and seal achieved through minimizing the pressure variation along the contact surface of the therapy device.
Swimming goggles
This invention provides a swimming goggles, which takes the frames as the core, combines the two lenses of the goggles, nose bridge connecting part, two protective pads, headband device and other components into a whole, and provides a protective cover for the waterproof-ventilation film on the lenses, so that the waterproof-ventilation film cannot be touched improperly by external forces when in use. Moreover, by the flexible arrangement of the frames and nose bridge connecting part of the goggles, users with different nose bridge and different facial contours can wear comfortably.
Accessory mount for goggles
An accessory mount for goggles is disclosed which may be attached to the strap or straps of goggles worn on the face of a person. The accessory mount may include a body and a mounting structure. The body may include one or two slits through which the strap or straps of the goggles may be inserted. The body may also include a facial section contoured to fit a person's face, and the facial section may have a cushion configured to rest against the face. The mounting structure may be configured so that different types of accessories, such as a camera or flashlight, may be removably affixed to the mounting structure.
GOGGLE MASK AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A goggle mask and a method of manufacturing the goggle mask are provided. The goggle mask includes a mask structure, a lens structure and a sealing glue material. The mask structure includes a skirt portion and a glass portion which is connected to the skirt portion. The glass portion includes a groove with a first inside surface, second inside surface and third inside surface. The lens structure includes a peripheral portion which is disposed in the groove and includes an annular surface facing the second inside surface. The front side surface faces the first inside surface, while the rear side surface faces the third inside surface. The sealing glue material is formed between the peripheral portion and the groove to provide a waterproof connection between the peripheral portion and the groove. Therefore, the manufacturing and/or the assembly of the goggle mask is advantageous.
